The Team at JWW were excellent. The property was well advertised, they communicated all the time with the seller and prospective buyers. Nothing was too much trouble and resulted in a very good outcome for the seller and buyer

Disappointing experience. Took time off work to attend a viewing, only to have the agent discuss a live offer with the seller in front of me during the appointment.
It made for a really awkward and unprofessional situation. While they later acknowledged it could have been handled differently, they ultimately stood by their actions.
Needless to say I wound trust then to be involved in and sales or purchase.
Basic discretion during viewings shouldn’t be too much to expect right?

My reason for the lower review on my purchase (I gave a 5 star review on my sale) is due to the solicitors involved. I wish I had NEVER accepted the option to go with the solicitors Swinburne Maddison in Durham because they were absolutely terrible. The process between them and Estate Agent was excruciating.
