Generally an extremely poor service from day one, very unresponsive and unhelpful. Once again no call back today as requested to resolve an ongoing issue that nobody seems to be interested. I phoned the office, I was told Jack Taggart would call me back in 15 -20 minutes, an hour later I called back to be informed he's gone home for the day, hardly surprising. The last several times that I have asked to be called, nobody has contacted me. I have never dealt with such an unhelpful lettings company.... Read more

Jack & Wes are a great team, and the agency is well-run and very professional. Most UK estate agents are awful: these guys are against the trend: they are a pleasure to deal with, really paying attention to what we wanted, and never brushing us off with superficial comments. Staff are friendly enough till they outright lie about the lease length on a property to the point you already have solicitors ready to make the purchase. Thankfully a friend looked for us and found the lease length was next to worthless. When I questioned them about this they insisted they were always transparent with the lease length. But the various messages I have saying different would suggest different. Was told 97 years multiple times. Ended up being 80 years. Would have got trapped into the purchase too if there wasn't people looking out for this exact thing. Apart from that communication was next to terrible. I will never recommend them. They're nice till you call them out on their lack of integrity!... Read more
