I have to say from the start, just how great Jackson and Grundys letting team in Northampton are.
I started my renting journey as a single woman 10 years ago and have been truely looked after by Marjana and the team.
Constant clear communication always advised in advance.
Any issues as a tenant were addressed and resolved very quickly and I was always kept up to date.
Marjana and the team made it all so easy and efficient.
This has honestly been the case for all this time of 10 years.
I have been extremely lucky to now move on as a property owner but if that wasn't the case I probably would have never left.
I highly recommend them for anyone looking rent because you will be really looked after.

I have lived peacefully and nicely at the property I rented at Crosswaters Close for one and half decade I treated it as my family home with good neighbours,and thanks to Jackson Grundy Team ,I'm giving 4stars only because the landlord lived outside UK which sometimes delayed maintenance due to time zone differences but communication was always flawless. Thanks to Neil Maintenance Man and Michelle has been very helpful and amazing during my 15 years of rental,I will miss your inspection visits and I highly recommend Jackson Grundy Lettings!

A very good experience with Jackson Grundy. A very professional company who get things done well. Marjana in letting is super efficient and extremely professional in managing my rental property and ensuring the end of tenancy was done well.

Terrible experience from start to finish. The staff were rude and unhelpful, and instead of addressing my concerns with a simple apology, they sent long-winded emails trying to defend themselves. Communication was inconsistent, confusing, and clearly not customer-focused.
I’ve now withdrawn my application and am waiting for my refund, but the stress and frustration this agency caused was completely unnecessary. Avoid at all costs if you value being treated with respect and professionalism
You can even see in their responses to all feedback that they don’t acknowledge any feedback for their poor service and it’s deflected.

Objective approach, not sided, like I mentioned already, professional and what every tenant would wish for. I've entered second tenancy agreement with Jackson and had a great experience in dealing with them from property search till exit and return of deposit. At every step I had a good looking after my needs and demands. They did not hide disadvantages of the property and made detailed report on it with pictures and current state of every element and feature including creaking floor and nails in the wall the day before I moved in. Whatever I spotted to be wrong was documented before so I did not have to report the issue. Once in 3 months inspections of property helped me to raise demands, e.g. garage door was repaired and towel dryer replaced promptly. Similar plumbing and electricity issues reported using app FixFlo were dealt with very quickly. Tenancy exit was well planned and structured with simple and doable checklist. Deposit was returned within a week. Although £60 were deducted for the lawn I left uncut, the overall impression on pedantic, honest and well organised team work of Jackson remained unchanged. Very happy to recommend the Agency and rate it at top level.

Jackson Grundy managed my rental property for over 8 years. During that time, I found them to be very responsive regarding management of it. My only gripe would be and this was probably out of their control, that plumbing issues were sometimes, too prolonged to get fixed. Overall though, happy. The staff are professional but also very friendly and helpful, they made me feel at ease with the whole process and explained everything clearly.
They were helpful and informative when it came to selecting which offer/buyer to accept and explained that some buyers were in better positions than others when it came to things like chains and mortgage offers etc. They didn't mind when I asked what might have been silly questions and they always kept me informed and up to date. They put me in touch with several conveyancing solicitors so I could choose which one suited me. They made the whole thing very straightforward.

Jackson Grundy did an exceptionally good job regarding the sale of our bungalow. The economic climate was not good and house prices were beginning to stagnate. Vanessa had her eye on the ball and backed up by Richard made contact with prospective buyers. This lead to an offer quickly coming forward.
Other estate agents we had previously used were not so forthcoming.
We really appreciated Vanessa and Richards commitment,they were always ready to talk to us and chase solicitors etc.

Partner recently had her tenancy ended due to the landlord deciding to sell. Left the house in a very reasonable condition however trying to take 75% of her deposit back due to wear and tear marks e.g walls that have faded over time, 2 light bulbs missing, a kitchen work top that had allready blistered when she moved in and a toilet seat that has a little bit of move in it which occurred over time. Please stay well away if you are looking to rent a place they expect the room to be like a show room when you leave and they expect everything to be painted. Would not recommend these guys

I've rented with Jackson Grundy now for 2 years and really pleased with everything they have done. Any kind of issue I've had, they've responded to straight away, plus their contractors are super quick at getting back to you aswell.
Michelle has been so helpful and professional from day 1. When she comes out to do my 3 month checks, it's so relaxed, I love having a natter with her. She's such a friendly, kind and caring person, she really is a credit to the JG team.
Having said that, all the team are very helpful
I have to say, I think I have THE best landlord ever and although it's not my house, it most certainly feels like my home, I'm so happy living here.
I would 100% recommend JG to anyone

Lack of communication throughout process unless I called them for update on buyer who after nearly three months and trying different lenders to get their mortgage pulled out, leaving me in a very difficult situation with my developer who I was buying a new build from. PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS ESTATE AGENTS. They could have done things so differently but didn’t bother.

I cannot recommend Jackson Grundy enough. Brian came out to quote for me and then Vanessa and Elliott worked so hard with viewings
I worked from home and they worked around me really well. I had a lot of viewings and they always communicated well about arranging them and how they went.
Vanessa sold my house and has been in regular contact, updating me on progress every since and phoned me to congratulate me when everything completed.
She and all the staff I have dealt with have been friendly, professional and helpful and I felt I could trust them which was important to me.
By far the best agent in Northampton. Thank you Vanessa and the team.

We rented from Jackson Grundy for 3 years. Over that time we had various problems with the house including; faulty toilets (attempted to get them fixed 3 times), a huge red ant infestation that was so bad our children could not play in the garden (not their problem as it was outside of the house), an issue with rats (again not there problem as it was outside of the house), a faulty boiler leaving us with no hot water (reported it twice to no response), rotten decking (replaced with untreated wood giving our children countless splinters), a garage door that came out of the runners nearly taking my hand off and leaking waste pipe that came through into the front room (they fixed the leak but did nothing about the damage, I painted it myself). To top it all off they sent us an eviction notice in the middle of the global pandemic saying that the landlord wants to sell the property, we have since moved out and the property has popped back up on their website for a higher rent. Just to add insult to injury they have disputed our deposit saying that the property was not clean, even though it was left in a much cleaner state than it was given to us. I would not recommend renting through them, they will gladly take your money and think it is ok to treat people like dirt.

The property was placed on the market soon after reopening after lockdown and despite the uncertain times a buyer was soon found and the sale progressed. Throughout the whole process Brian and his team acted very professionally and kept us fully up to date with frequent progress reports. I am so impressed with the service i recieved from Vannedsa and Ray at Jackson Grundy Kingsley park Terrace. Ray valued my house at a good price and was so friendly and respectful! I had a few valuations and his was the best. A week later my house was sold for the asking price thanks to Vanessa and her good work. Did not even have time to put sale sign up!
