I dosing sell my property but pulled it from the market. A) because the market was very competitive B) I was having a horrible experience with JA. Their branch manager acted very unprofessionally, agreed to terms and then just ignored them. Their overall communication and insights were very poor. They were professional and very knowledgeable about the area. The agent was skilled at showing us properties, and we didn’t need to market the property as they found us a buyer off-market. However, the biggest issue we faced was with communication. They would call, stressing that things were moving quickly, only to ignore our calls for weeks. This lack of communication was incredibly stressful and ultimately left us with just a week to prepare for our move. Overall, it made for a very stressful year. I think they are professionals, but next time I would really insist on having better communication channels. They did promise that in their pitch, but it didn't materialise.... Read more

Two branches worked together as a very efficient and friendly team to find a buyer then Jack , the head of the Putney office took care of the sale.
