I recently worked with Dominic at James Anderson Putney in renting a flat in Putney. Especially relative to my previous renting experience in London, I was incredibly pleased with the level of detail and care taken in the viewing and application process. Moreover, the process was quick, attentive, and relatively transparent. I would definitely recommend James Anderson.

I dosing sell my property but pulled it from the market. A) because the market was very competitive B) I was having a horrible experience with JA. Their branch manager acted very unprofessionally, agreed to terms and then just ignored them. Their overall communication and insights were very poor. They also acted without my best interest in mind. Horrible experience overall.

We met with 4 agents and selected James Anderson for their clear and straight forward approach, local market knowledge and willingness to listen to our particular requirements. They offered advice but gave us space to make our own decisions. They were proactive in marketing and scheduling viewings and we have accepted an offer of the asking price.
