12th Oct 2026 (15 days ago)Didn’t end up renting a flat through the Putney, but Kevin from the branch was excellent at advising us on what would work best with our situation and was through and helpful with communication and advise.
23rd Sep 2026 (5 weeks ago)I would highly recommend Warrens and particularly Rob Ford when selling a property. My recent selling experience was made much smoother with the experience, knowledge and support of Rob. He was always professional and a great advisor throughout the process and as a result secured a sale we were very happy with.
20th Sep 2026 (5 weeks ago)We initially chose Winkworth because we had seen their boards a lot on our street over the years so knew they had significant local presence and knowledge. But whilst that may have been the reason we picked them without knowing anyone there, we have found that Flora, Bell, Adam and Laura were absolutely the right team for the job and are glad we went with them. Flora came to the initial meeting well prepared and gave us an honest assessment of our options. Being in a chain and with two young children, we were keen to avoid the disruption that came with viewings. With Winkworth, we were able to minimise the number of viewings because they had a ready list of buyers that could be approached. This allowed us to stay off-market entirely from start to finish. Bell was very diligent in corresponding with the buyers throughout, even after completion. Overall - a good experience for us as sellers and we would highly recommend Winkworth Putney.
5th Dec 2024 (1 year ago)Chestertons were keen and enthusiatic throughout the process, with great communication at all points. They were very knowledgable and helped resolve some of the conveyancing items for us at handover. Highly recommended.
15th Oct 2026 (12 days ago)Thank you Kelsey! I appreciate your professionalism, great communication and patience. One the best agents out there!
16th Oct 2026 (11 days ago)Logan was an absolute pleasure to work with. He understood my needs and readily accessible to answer any questions. I had a great experience working with KFH
30th Nov 2021 (4 years ago)We had an excellent experience working with Martha in our search for a new property. She was extremely responsive when I had an urgent question about the properties we had been viewing. We were also able to schedule multiple viewing in a short space of time which made it much easier for ourselves, would highly recommended for anyone looking for housings in the West London area!
31st Mar 2026 (6 mo. ago)I had to keep chasing them . Over valued it by 50,000 then wanted me to keep dropping. No real concrete feed back . Very miss leading about offers instead of waiting for offers officially tell you one is been made to never materialize.- 29th Sep 2026 (28 days ago)KFH were the seller’s agent for our purchase. They were excellent. We moved from offer acceptance to exchange in less than 2 weeks, which was in no small part down to their responsiveness. We would definitely recommend KFH.
20th Sep 2026 (5 weeks ago)I instructed James Anderson after being impressed by the proactive marketing strategy discussed at the outset, particularly the targeted buyer activity, wider office network, grouped viewings and detailed weekly reporting. Unfortunately, the experience didn't match those expectations. The initial marketing felt rushed, with simple mistakes such as the property not appearing through the search function on their own website, and the overall strategy didn't align with what had been promised at the outset. Despite raising my concerns repeatedly, I didn't see the level of proactive activity I had expected. Although the agreed strategy and marketing activity had not yet been fully delivered, and we were also in the holiday period, I was being encouraged to reduce the price after just four weeks. When I didn't agree to this, I saw little evidence of further activity to generate viewings, with the focus continuing to come back to price. I also asked for specific marketing changes, including refreshed photography and floorplans, and greater visibility of buyer enquiries and follow-up activity. These were not delivered as expected, and the reporting remained largely generic Rightmove statistics rather than giving me a clear picture of the activity behind the figures. The team were pleasant to deal with and I have no criticism of them personally, but ultimately the service did not match what was discussed when I instructed them, and I decided to terminate the instruction.
10th Dec 2021 (4 years ago)While the initial engagement was positive things went downhill. The listing was incorrect on some portals and the links to the virtual tour broken. This took numerous calls to get sorted. Communication back to me following viewings was poor and despite requests for statistics regarding online adverts I only received a basic summary as a one off.
4th Mar 2021 (5 years ago)We had our flat on the market with Dexter's for the exclusivity period. During that time we were passed between 3 contacts at Dexter's. The first agent left within a week or two of taking our property on, put little effort into the marketing of the property resulting in a poor advert and poor viewings. The second agent was much better, rectified many mistakes and did find us a buyer. The buyer sadly pulled out, but by this point the second agent at Dexter's had also moved on. It took 3 days for us to hear of the news of the buyer falling through and a further week for the agent to actually make any contact with us. We found out the buyer had pulled out from our estate agent from the property we were purchasing calling our solicitors and asking for an update. Dexter's in my opinion were an appalling service. We put out flat on the market with another agent and had a brilliant offer, from a truly lovely couple within a few weeks. I wish I'd gone with the data in GetAgent in the first place, rather than going on gut feel. When we bought our flat it was with Dexter's and we got the impression that they were relationship people, however, it turns out they act in the interest of the buyer not the seller.
17th Nov 2021 (4 years ago)We have used Dolce Vita services multiple times, be that for our own apartment search, for corporate apartment as well as for short stay and they always exceeded our expectations. Chris and the team have been extremely helpful with suggesting the locations, helping us with furnishings, negotiating the contract with landlord and even finding the place that accepts pets. Just a pleasure to deal with when looking for your next home!
17th Jun 2025 (1 year ago)I worked with Martin Wattam from EveMove Putney on the sale of my one-bedroom flat. From the initial meeting when he put my mind at ease, to the amazing pictures from the online listing that showcased every beautiful aspect of the property, everything was smooth and, even if it took a bit longer than expected, Martin was right in the end and we found the perfect buyer together. Communication throughout the entire process was always timely and on point, professional and reliable, so I would highly recommend Martin!
20th Dec 2021 (4 years ago)Amazing experience. Thank you Tan for the awesome video viewing experience of the flat. You answered every question I had in a very kind way and you gave me full details regarding the flat. You guys are something more than typical estate agents. Well done for your services! Thanks again Tan!
23rd Sep 2026 (5 weeks ago)Ashton went above and beyond to help my mother find the perfect flat to rent. Super helpful and very polite.
10th Jan 2026 (9 mo. ago)Fantastic letting agency, specialising in very special homes along the river - really great service from beginning to end with Leanna, going above and beyond over the Christmas break (despite the agency being closed!) to help us get through the referencing process and get moved in within a couple of weeks. Thank you so much, highly recommended (and I’ve met with a lot of lettings agents and had some very mixed experiences so that doesn’t come lightly!).
Fine & Country - Putney, Wandsworth & Kingston
10 Apsley House, 176 Upper Richmond Rd, London, SW15 2SH(51 reviews)
19th Jun 2025 (1 year ago)I want to raise serious concerns regarding our experience with Fine & Country during a recent property purchase. We found the agency’s conduct throughout the transaction to be deeply unprofessional. Key information was withheld, communication was evasive, and there appeared to be no regard for transparency or ethical standards. Rather than acting as honest brokers, they consistently acted in ways that undermined trust and fairness. We are now dealing with the legal and financial consequences of this experience — and I would strongly advise others to be extremely wary.
22nd Apr 2025 (1 year ago)Dean was brilliant! He guided us through each step of the process with expertise and answered all of our 100s of questions with no fuss at all! It was lovely to have an estate agent that cared as much as we did and I could not recommend him more highly.
14th Oct 2026 (13 days ago)Jonathan Daykin at Foxtons Putney hounded me for days when my tenants left to relet my flat. I pushed back saying Foxtons commission was too high. When I eventually said I would not continue with them, Foxtons reassigned my utility bills against my knowledge and without informing m, to a company who have proceeded to cut my supply to electricity and gas. I have been asking for assistance from the Foxtons Putney office who have been letting my flat for the last 5 years, they do not return my calls or emails. Foxtons have blocked Ovo from transferring my supply to Octopus Energy and even though it’s their mess, if they don’t see a financial incentive, they are not interested! So shoddy and it proves they are only interested in your money and not providing a good customer service.

1st Oct 2026 (26 days ago)Yvette White of Barnard Marcus was just amazing so helpful and kind when she came to do the valuation. 9th Oct 2026 (18 days ago)Jack is 10/10!

As first-time buyers, the whole process of buying our first home felt quite daunting at times, but Jack made the entire experience so much easier, smoother and less stressful from start to finish.

He was absolutely amazing throughout, always happy to answer our questions, offer advice and guide us through every step of the process.
