Janine Hegarty-Bell Estate Agents handled the transaction very well. Communication was clear, the process was smooth, and everything was completed on time. I’m happy with the service I received from the agency.
However, I did have some difficulties with the seller. I needed basic information about the property after I had moved in. For example, when the intruder alarm went off, I asked for the code to switch it off, and the response I received was not very polite or supportive. I also felt that some of my questions about the house were not handled in a helpful way.
Overall, the agent did a great job and I would recommend to anyone anyday anytime, but I think better cooperation and support from the seller would have made the experience much better.

My friend recommended Janine as she had recently sold her house through Janine Hegarty Bell. I'm delighted that I took her advice. Janine answered the phone promptly and arranged to meet me the next day. She was punctual, friendly, polite and very clear about what I could expect from her. We agreed that she would market the property for me and by 2pm that afternoon the property was on Rightmove showing brilliant photos and details. By the next day I had 3 viewings and 3 offers and just like that the house was sold. I used a solicitor that Janine signposted for me and they were almost as fast as Janine. She kept me updated throughout and was never too busy to take my call.
Under 10 weeks later the sale was completed. Wow thanks Janine you're absolutely brilliant.
