when I rung the branch, I spoke to Molly. She was incredibly helpful and very comfortable to speak to, made sure all of my questions were answered and she understood exactly what I was asking for. 100% I would recommend anyone I know that is looking for a property to give Molly a call. Couldn’t recommend her enough!

I had a really positive experience with Molly, who showed me the rental property. She was friendly, professional, punctual and very knowledgeable. Molly was happy to answer all my questions and was extremely helpful throughout the viewing, making the whole experience relaxed and comfortable.<br>Overall, I was very impressed with Molly’s service and would happily recommend her to anyone looking to rent a property. I'm an investor who primarily deals with property in South Wales. There was a property in this area that was quite difficult for me to determine the end value. I sent in a few emails to local agents to get some local expert opinions and made a follow-up call to each of the agents to explain the situation.<br><br>Hannah answered the phone, and she was a pleasure to speak with. She was able to pass me on to the branch lister, Kayleigh, who absolutely outdid herself. She was the first agent to respond to my email, and she was able to share some really invaluable information about how I can maximise the value of this property. I am very impressed with the speed and level of service, and I've only exchanged a single email and phone call. I have recently have let my property through the Swansea Branch Aled, Sam and Wayne have been amazing and found me great tenants, their service and attention to detail was second to none, I have had bad experiences with other agents in Swansea but not with John Francis, thank you boys you’re the best!

We put our late father's property up for sale through John Francis back in April this year, and I must say that I was really impressed by the service that we received from the staff in the Lampeter branch from start to finish. Everyone that I dealt with was friendly, efficient, and nothing was too much bother for them; Kyle was particularly helpful. We were given clear options on how to best market the property, and received regular updates on how the property was performing against other similar properties in the area. John Francis managed all viewings and communicated these to us clearly, and promptly. The house was sold and completed within a very short time of being on the market. I have dealt with other estate agents in the past, but can honestly say, that in my opinion, John Francis is by far the best. Should I be in a position to sell another property again in the near future, I shall certainly use John Francis.
