??????????<br>Absolutely amazing from start to finish!<br><br>I honestly can’t recommend John Roberts Estate Agents highly enough. They supported us through the sale of our Amersham home, which ended up being a much longer and more challenging journey than any of us expected due to difficulties getting our tenants out of the property.<br><br>Throughout the whole process, the team were absolutely incredible. Their support, guidance, patience and communication were second to none. There were definitely moments when the whole situation felt incredibly stressful, but they were always at the end of the phone, keeping us updated, offering advice and helping us navigate each hurdle as it came.<br><br>They went above and beyond what I would ever expect from an estate agent and genuinely cared about getting us through to completion. I initially chose John Roberts as the local agent with an office in the village that I could pop in to. Since then I have come to realise what an exceptional team they are. All the staff are knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. The sales manager, James, is very approachable and worked tirelessly on our sales negotiations. The negotiators took time to familiarise themselves with our property and accompanied all viewings. Catherine and Suzanne know the area well so are able to advise on local schools and journey times. I felt the sales team really worked on my behalf, they communicated well, advised as required and also managed any concerns along the way. House moving is a stressful time and the team at John Roberts appreciated the emotions involved and treated me with understanding and respect. Thoroughly recommended.

What a great team! James especially when we were buying our house in Chorleywood. The solicitor was incredibly slow, so slow in fact that after months of ringing (the solicitor) every day, we were about to loose the chain. At this point I realised we would need to find another solicitor— but that was proving impossible as the deadly slow solicitor problem was widespread. James came up with a solution — at last we had a solicitor with a Secretary instead of a junior clerk looking at emails once a week. Our house purchase went through. What a mission buying this house turned out to be! James worked so hard.
