From the first day we saw our new house to the day we exchanged all representatives of S&G were absolutely first class. The valuation was perfect and the sale very quick and all aspects of communication were prompt and excellent from initial communications and updates from the office to updates on viewings and all eventual communications with the purchasers and solicitors. There were occasions where the staff had to alternate between dealing with my daughter and myself and this was done seamlessly. On visiting the office we were given warm welcomes by all. I will start by saying my husband and I viewed a lot of houses before making a decision on our dream home. Safe to say out of all of the estate agents we have dealt with viewing other properties Sewell & Gardner by far are the easiest/friendliest to deal with. From the initial enquiry to make an appointment, this was done within 5 minutes. We met Harry at our first viewing and it was refreshing having answers to all of our questions. We came back on a few occasions after and Harry was friendly and helpful on every occasion.
Amie has been amazing at communicating and making sure our sale has gone through smoothly and efficiently. Again, all of our questions have been responded to immediately, she is extremely knowledgeable and a true asset to the company.
Overall I couldn’t recommend Sewell & Gardner enough and the service has been 10/10 from start to finish.

Not professional at all. After reaching at the property I got to know that tenants have already cancelled viewing.
They made 3 calls to me to confirm my viewing availability but not seen an email from the tenant where they requested to cancel. I am getting only one day for viewings so I am adjusting my time and locations.
If they are not professional during viewings then how can we expect their support at later stage.

Planning a move during COVID was daunting and stressful - but I'm really impressed with this Agency. Our best experience with a letting agent ever as a tenant! Sewell & Gardner provided us with an extremely responsive and professional service and Neil and team went beyond their call of duty to support and help us - on one occasion agreeing to speak at 7 am in the morning as I was taking a flight and has to clarify something urgently!. Our lease was expiring and we had to find a property of our liking in a week time and it was really touch and go! Only Sewell & Gardner's and Neil's proactive and timely help made this happen! The low admin fees is the fairest in the market and a beautiful welcome hamper provided during check-in was completely unexpected and was a nice touch.
We will definitely recommend Sewell & Gardner to all our friends!

We recently sold our house through Sewell and Gardner. Not only did we achieve full asking price within 3 weeks but we were delighted with the way the whole process was handled by the Rickmansworth branch. We have proved quite a challenge but we never felt like anything was too much trouble for the team- Emily and Laurence were always friendly and helpful and Assistant Manager Jackie Scott has been an absolute star with the way she conducted the sale in such a professional yet friendly manner, she is a credit to the company and has been a joy to deal with......
We are thrilled to now also be purchasing a gorgeous new bungalow through the Chorleywood branch where the whole team have been kind and helpful especially Chris Wood with his cheerful and enthusiastic manner!
Along the way we have also talked to both Jordan Wright and Ben Howard from the Watford office who have given us excellent professional advice delivered in a kind and friendly manner.

The personal customer service from Jackie, Joe and the whole team was simply exceptional. Everything was so slick and professional from start to finish. There were so many lovely touches such as an essentials gift bag upon moving in which made us feel more than just another customer. There were no chasing phone calls, no unanswered questions and we really appreciated the follow up phone calls and emails months later to see if we had settled in well.
