Choosing Homesale proved to be an excellent decision. Every interaction felt personal, and Mike always made time to talk things through and ease any concerns we had along the way.
He was consistently available on the phone, applied the right amount of pressure on the conveyancers to keep the process moving, and ensured our buyer was kept fully informed throughout. His experience in the industry is clear, and his professionalism showed at every stage.
Although Mike is based in Northampton and our property was in Watford (on the outskirts of North London), his valuation was spot on, and we achieved a sale just £1,000 under the asking price. The distance was never an issue, as Mike traveled down for viewings on agreed dates that worked perfectly for us.

Wow! If you are looking for a bespoke estate agent then don’t look any further! Mike at Homesale came to visit us and gave us some simple pointers to get our house ready for market which we followed. We then invited Mike back and our house with its specialist walk through tour of the house was on right move within 48 hours! Then would you believe it 48 hours later our house was sold for full asking price! Not only once but twice, the first two viewers Mike took for viewings gave full asking price. Mike ensured we had the strongest buyer for our property which gave us such confidence in our chain. We have now completed and are so happy with our individual and specialist support from Mike that only 10 weeks later we are sat in our forever home. Mike and @homesale you are great, thank you!

The Homesale team were fantastic during the sale of my house in Milton Keynes, and the purchase of our new home in Northampton.
Their very competitive rates, and friendly, personal touch, we're instrumental in us choosing to go with them.
They offered excellent advice regarding solicitors, sale price and staging, and nothing seemed too much trouble.

I met Mike at Homesale when viewing a property. I was so impressed that I asked whether they could sell my property located in Milton Keynes. Even though they didn't cover that area initially I am pleased to say he agreed and I sold my house on the first day it went to market for the full asking price.
