Daniel, who handled the day-to-day progression, was consistently quick to reply, kept things moving and confidently and thoughtfully advised us on all relevant matters. Felt llike we were in good hands.
Richard, one of the owners, knows the local area extremely well. You really can’t fault them on their local expertise, and their pricing is very competitive. He understood the urgency of my situation and managed to get the property on the market within a matter of days, which helped secure a swift sale.

A few years have already passed since renting with them - it was back in 2018/2019; however, after experiencing so many different estate agencies in the meantime, I really appreciate how great Jorgensen Turner are.
Back then, Ieva was extremly helpful when viewing and securing the flat. Moreover, during our lease, Kyle managed our place. If something needed to be fixed, it was done immediately. Moreover, Kyle was quite supportive whenever I had requests to the landlord, and he always managed to mediate to find a solution which was good for both sides.
Overall, a great experience, and I haven't found any comparable agency since then.

I first met Richard and was comfortable with his honesty and experience, so listed with JT. I expected to have to wait a few months for a buyer, but Bianca found me one and agreed a price in less than 2 weeks. What I thought would be a simple process was painfully drawn out for months by solicitors and councils. But Bianca was always on top of things, kept communication open with all parties, chased things up, and it probably wouldnt have been completed without her efforts. Im very grateful and would thoroughly recommend.

Myself and my wife where looking to move out of our flat in the area and rent it as we were moving overseas. We tried a couple of estate agents and eventually settled on Jorgensen Turner, mostly because Ieva seemed the most professional and honest when we first discussed our needs and expectations. It turned out to be a fantastic choice! Myself and my wife were rushing to complete the required modifications to the flat to make it compatible with rental regulations and Ieva was absolutely fantastic at helping us out as she arranged for a number of things to happen on our behalf. She oversaw a lot of the process and kept us informed all the time and really went above and beyond in helping us out. She reassuringly took care of things whilst we were overseas which made our lives so much easier. In the end, we secured 5/6 solid offers within 4 days of it being on the market (most of which were above asking price) - and that was just the internal pool of clients that Jorgensen Turner had on their books (I don't think it even made it to Rightmove in the end as it was gone as soon as it went up!). Ieva and the team were brilliant and we can't thank them enough. Can't help but recommend their service.

Our paths crossed with Jamie Short as a couple who had recently moved to London from another country. You are aware of how tough it is for newcomers to rent a house in London. You must deal with a variety of procedures, such as a credit check, guarantor, and so on.

I was looking for a buy-to-rent opportunity and, amongst other agencies, I got in touch with Jorgensen Turner Brondesbury. In just couple of weeks Richard presented me with two flats in line with what I was looking for. He provided all the insights I needed on the flats and on the status of the market. As a result, we finalized the purchase of the flat.
I then used Jorgensen Turner Brondesbury also to rent out the flat. Ieva was incredibly helpful with her suggestions and very quick on putting the flat on the market and get a few visits booked in on day 1. The flat was rented out on the first day at the asking price.
I dealt a few times with estate agencies in London, and the service provided by Jorgensen Turner Brondesbury on both the buying and the renting process is unmatched by any other agency in Queen’s Park. They know the market and understand what customer service means. Where do I begin. From the outset Ieva and her team looked after me. After the initial viewing of the property Ieva was on hand to sort out all the formalities to secure the property and take it off the market.
Even when Ieva went on holiday, she liaised with her team to ensure that I could collect my keys, (once the check-in had been completed) and ensured me of a smooth transition into the property, she was correct, everything was sorted with no fuss.
I'd like to thank Ieva, Kornelija, Richard and Monica for making this such a smooth process. One word comes to mind, efficient.

I am a naturally anxious person and this was even amplified during the house hunt period, resulting in frequent phone calls and visits to the Estate Agency for updates. Throughout the whole period Benjamin and Ieva have been extremely understanding and supportive. While professionaly preserving the landlord interests, they always related to me in a "human" manner (which in London is very difficult to find when relating to an estate agent), making me feel always as a Person rather than just another Client.
They were supportive, help me to find a very nice maisonette within my budget and settled me in with a very nice landlord (other very difficult thing generally).
I have reccomanded them to all my friends and I will definetly approach them in future if I'd need to find accomodation again.
In conclusion, I don't feel that five stars are enough to describe how satisfied with them I am with their services!!!

A very cool agency. Ieva is super professional and a great saleswoman. Having had numerous views with them, along with others, it was eventually let. There are not many agencies in the locality that still operate a 1-to-1 service. I do question the holding deposit aspect. It should be realised to the landlord instantly, in order to take it off the market. But no other offers came in, so the particular transaction went through. Overall, satisfied and as said to her boss, Ieva Rocks!

I must say as estate agents .they were very helpful to me with the sale off my property as I was in Ireland they updated me at all times via emails and phone calls the staff in brondesbury road London were absolutely fantastic and so helpful especially Gurdeep bhargi who made the sale took a lot off stress off me I would recommend jorgenson turner 100% to act on your behalf when you are selling property as it is the biggest project that you have to do but they will certainly take it on for you and it will be done to perfection I would use them over and over again as I know from my experience it took all the stress of me and your certain it would be a job well done
