Joyce Heeps managed to sell our house so quickly, it was amazing!!
As our choice was to purchase a house before selling, Angela suggested we get ourselves market ready, which meant we already had our photographs done and the lawyer was in place, so we were ready to move quickly when the right house came on the market.
All through the process we were updated regularly by the girls in the office who were very knowledgeable and helpful.
We would definitely recommend.

I requested several home reports from this company before arranging any viewings, but instead of sending them, they kept calling me multiple times a day to push for booking viewings. Then, out of nowhere, I received an email asking whether I had received the home reports. When I replied that I hadn’t, I was asked to confirm my buying position. After responding, I heard nothing back. I’m still waiting, and I still haven’t received any home reports. Honestly, I won’t be interested in any property if I see this company’s name on it.

I phoned this Agency about 4 months before putting a property up for sale to find out about their costs and service. They were very helpful and gave me a full breakdown of costs and answered all my questions with professionalism. Months later when we were ready to put the property on the market, they called out promptly, within the week that we phoned. Angela was very approachable and reassuring regards the saleability of our property, and immediately took photographs that same day. We were pleasantly surprised by her estimate, and a speedy home report, the following week, confirmed this estimate. The property was then quickly marketed, and within a week we were informed a number of viewings had been set up. More excitingly, we secured an offer before the end of the week, through Lyn's guidance, we achieved above our market value. Our property is now Under Offer. The ladies did a great job keeping us informed every step of the way.

Expected so much more being a local established estate agent and recommended by so many on local Facebook page. Valuation given was way over what surveyor gave and eventually settled with as no way would it have made Joyce Heeps agent valuation. Our hand signed agreement had specific instructions ignored and my complaint not dealt with. Agent who came round in first instance said to call them anytime. I did for an important reason but about 5 days before returned call which was too late. Photos used on website of poor quality. The office staff carry this company as they gave their best. Very disappointed.

From start to finish my experience with the team at joyce heeps was fantastic.
Angela came out to value my property and from the outset put me at ease and was very knowledgeable of the area and equally honest about a reasonable selling price range i could achieve. I really appreciated that as it helped to work out our finances more accurately.

I would highly recommend Joyce and her team if you are looking to sell your property.
We had Joyce out for a free valuation and found her very friendly, down to earth and explained everything very well.
We decided to go ahead and have Joyce market our property for us.
Within a few hours of our house going on the market we had several viewings booked and our house sold in less than a week.
All the girls in the office were super helpful, friendly and always kept us updated following viewings.

I really liked this company because they kept you in the loop every step of the way. I was leaving the company to totally sell my y home from start to finish as i wasnt there to do so. My property sold in a week with me getting the price i was looking for. They showed all prospective buyers round and gave me feed back each time. The home report, Estate Agent's first visits and photos taken were done just before lockdown due to Covid-19, meaning Joyce herself had to deal with everything afterwards as her staff were furloughed. I've had first class, professional service with Joyce and she has guided me through the potential offer that has been made, though obviously nobody can view any property for sale at this present time. I am confident she will continue to offer her support once restrictions are safely lifted and hopefully the potential buyer will be able to sell/buy, though it is just a waiting game until then.

This lady is the best estate agent in ek. It was 6 years ago now, when she sold our house. We had it on the market with another company , it was up for sale 3years, with them !!!!!! With 4 viewers. Changed to Joyce mid December 2012. Got a viewer 3 days later , and she accepted the offer. It was just before Xmas and the girl agreed on March 2013 for the moving date. We went to view a flat the following week, and got it ,seller accepted or offer immediately and agreed with our March date. Some moved out our house and into our flat on the same day, was stressful but so much worth the move. Fantastic work by Joyce, very highly recommended, will now be the only estate agent we will ever use. 10 stars to Joyce for a speedy and smooth transaction. ????/????????????????????
