We reached out to the home hub as we were looking to re-mortgage our home but it came with a complex situation , Kevin and Sammy were absolutely fantastic from start to finish and although it was a very lengthy process for us , the team at home hub were so supportive, informative and helpful we don’t think we would of got through it without them … I would highly highly recommend this company and will be using again when we are next due a re-mortgage update ! As my landlord was selling up I had to find a new place to live asap. Just on an off chance thought I'd ask these guys if I might be in a position to buy or should I look for a new rental. Tried to do my research online but was finding conflicting and unclear information cause of me working two jobs. Straight away Alison put my fears to rest and got me mortgage in principal and arranged a solicitor on the same day. After, I only managed to go to 2 viewings and put in 1 offer which was accepted right away. Had to wait a bit for a seller to refresh home report, but once that was ready, mortgage offer came through in a couple of days. Sammy kept me updated all the way through the process. Furthermore, every step was clearly explained and I received summary reports of our discussions and agreements for my review and reassurance. Everyone was lovely, extremely helpful and genuinely non-pushy. I would highly recommend.

I used the Home Hub to sell my existing house and arrange the mortgage for my new house. I’d used their mortgage services before and knew already that the service was going to be top notch based on previous experience. The estate agency side was just as great. They arranged the home report, had beautiful pictures taken and were very diligent with following up potential interest. Craig and Jackie had my house sold within a couple of days. Kevin had my mortgage in principle at the best rate within a couple of hours of speaking to him and my formal offer through in around a week. Everyone was such a delight to deal with and made it as smooth as it could possibly be. Highly recommend!

Myself & my daughter met with Kevin to discuss a mortgage for my daughter (first time buyer). There is nothing Kevin doesn’t know about mortgages. Very informative and my daughter had a mortgage in principle within one hour. Amazing service.
Kevin also put me onto his lovely colleague Sammy to help with combining my utility bills. Sammy talked me through everything on utility warehouse and I am now able to save £178.50 per month on my bills by switching over to utility warehouse. Sammy sorted everything out and did the switch from her side, no need for me to do anything. Highly recommend Sammy from the home hub. There is no hard sell or pressure to change over, it is entirely your decision and she is always there to answer any questions you may have. Fantastic service from both Kevin for mortgages and Sammy for utility bills. Thanks guys!

I can't recommended this company enough, I had to part ways with my wife, I am on a pension and benefits. I phoned this company and spoke to Alison, she was very reassuring, listening to my problems help, I can only recommend you give her a call, you won't be disappointed. nd sorted a mortgage for me at the going rate, I thought I would have to pay a higher rate due to my circumstances but Alison seemed very confident, she kindly sorted out my electric and gas, unfortunately I was tied up with sky but Alison would have arranged my broadband as well, all at competitive prices. Sold my home in October 22 with The Home Hub. Advice on pricing was spot on and I really appreciated how accessible they were. I could make contact any day, any time and could always guarantee a quick reply. This was also true for potential buyers who could arrange viewings online or via the phone at any time. I was always kept informed of feedback from viewers which was really helpful. I also made some changes along the way and there was never an issue updating photos or details. My home was sold within one week of being on the market. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend.

Service is amazing from Craig coming out to view our house and giving his advice about value and anything to help create a purchase from buyers. Arranging viewings and communicating to ensure all was good. Had our house sold in 1 week.
Then Kevin helping with our mortgage and insurances etc for our new house. Communication along the way was excellent at a pretty stressful time. Mortgage approved and ready very quickly.
