Our buyers solicitors were awful! You may have heard stories about the state of conveyancing but we could trump them all. A 6 week completion turned to 18 weeks due to an incompetent solicitor who also lied to all parties. Andrew was brilliant, patient and supportive. We were close to giving up but Andrew stuck with it and saved the day! Nice guy to boot!

I can't recommend Andrew/Jason and the team at JT Clarke London enough, we had a really positive experience from start to finish.
My property was valued and everything arranged to get it up on the market really quickly. The photos were professional and showed our property in its best light. They immediately had lots of viewings arranged with prospective buyers and we secured a buyer very quickly. We had a nightmare during the process with our buyers solicitor, but numerous times throughout the sale process Jason or Andrew stepped in to guide us through keeping things on track right up until completion.

JT Clarke is a very efficient professional Property Agent. I can't recommend them highly enough.
Andrew was my rock during a very long and difficult sale. He was professional, efficient and very responsive to all my calls and emails. He kept me informed all the way through my sale. He was never too busy to take my calls. There were times when the sale became very stressful and Andrew reassured me that everything will work out fine. He also gave me some good and professional advice which am truly grateful for.
JTC is very passionate about what they do, which in turn, provides a good personal service that you don't receive from other estate agents.
My experience was next to none and Andrew made it very easy. After the sale I had to personally pop in the office to thank him and his team and it was lovely seeing Jason at his desk for together he and Andrew makes a great team.
I would not hesitate in recommending JTC to anyone who wants to sell, purchase and rent their property.
So thank you again Andrew so much for without a doubt you are the best.

We made an offer on a flat marketed by JT Clarke. On Friday, the agent (Ade) confirmed that our offer had been accepted and that they would not conduct more viewings. We engaged solicitors and a mortgage broker and spent considerable time and incurred costs to do so. At JT Clarke's request, we provided details of the solicitor and mortgage broker in writing on the Friday.
On Monday, when we called Ade, he explained that one of his colleagues conducted a viewing on the Saturday (despite him confirming JT Clarke would not be doing any more viewings when he spoke to us on Friday) and that the client had put in a higher offer. Ade asked us to consider increasing our offer.
We feel that JT Clarke have acted very unprofessionally with us and we have followed all their requests since the beginning. They fully understood that we had already engaged a mortgage broker and solicitor and they had their details in writing. They still continued to market the flat. We feel that we have been very unfairly dealt with. We also believe that estate agents should be regulated in terms of their conduct and should be liable for costs suffered by clients because of their negligence or unscrupulous behaviour. We hope that prospective clients of JT Clarke have been warned appropriately and can take the necessary precautions.

There aren’t that many people who are exceptionally good at what they do. Andrew is one of them.
For the complicated purchase of a large leasehold property, he was incredibly focussed and kept both parties informed and on track.
He pushed our respective legal firms to close in record timing. I signed the lease on Thursday and had the keys on Friday!!
JT Clarke Peckham are good people. I highly recommend them.

We had an excellent experience with JT Clarke as tenants. Throughout our tenancy, we found the team to be very friendly, helpful and professional. Myself and my flatmate have both had bad experiences with estate agents in the past, but JT Clarke were different from the outset.
Andrew in particular went above and beyond for myself and my flatmate, right from moving us in last minute when we had been let down by a landlord. When we had to move out due to work circumstances outside of our control, we really felt Andrew had our backs. He was supportive, understanding of our unique situation and took a lot of pressure off us during what was a very difficult period.
I would not hesitate to recommend JT Clarke to others, and they will be the first place we go when we are looking to return to the Peckham area.

We recently used JT Clarke to sell our property in Peckham and I would like to share the experience. They are highly professional, with deep and up to date knowledge of SE15. From the moment we instructed them we felt confident as they demonstrated a strong work ethic, achieve plenty of viewings and gave us constant feedback. They achieved multiple offers and managed to find a qualified buyer and secured a price that exceeded our expections. Once the sale was agreed they continued to manage the process effectively, with constand communication and enabled the process to concluded quickly even though we faced a number of challenges; Jason and his team would always be available to helped to keep the sales process on track.
In summary, I would certainly recommend JT Clarke to anyone looking to sell a property in the area. My friend and I were seriously let down by another landlord with the agreement falling through just 4 days before we were supposed to move in. We found a property up for rent by JT Clarke on Tuesday morning and spoke to Andrew on the phone - I explained the situation and also the fact we were not currently in London. Within 10 minutes of the call, Andrew had gotten to the flat and showed me round the property on video call. Within 1 day, he had sorted out our references, a full clean of the flat, and tenancy agreement. Within 3 days we have been able to get the keys and move in. I could not speak highly enough of the service we received and we are super grateful to Andrew as he made a stressful situation, so much less stressful.

I can honestly say that JTC are the best agent I have Let through and I have been renting since 2010, they have been professional and kept me updated along they way before signing the contract, I was pleased to hear that the property I have rented is managed through JTC and to date I still have no complaints.
There were a few things I needed to be looked into just after moving in and their Property Management department got right on to it and within a day of reporting things were sorted.
JTC come highly recommended - 10/10 for this agent.

I have worked with Jason and his team since 2013. He has arranged all my tenancies since then, with positive feedback from my tenants. JT Clarke are professional and approachable. I agree with the other reviewers' comments.
As a registered landlord, I wish to provide my tenants with a good service throughout the whole tenancy. JT Clarke help me to do this. At times when there have been challenges, Jason has gone 'above and beyond' in helping me to resolve these issues quickly and efficiently so that a high service is maintained and tenants get the results that they need.

Seems they couldn’t be bothered to update our details when I moved in and signed the lease so this means my deposit is being transferred to some woman I’ve never met who lived there prior to me. I should get the money back, assuming this woman then transfers it to us. Pure laziness from J T Clarke and not remotely apologetic. Would give them no stars if I could.
