Justin Hunter Estate Agents were excellent to work with from start to finish. I used them to sell my house in Bath, having had a good experience with them when I bought the property through them several years earlier and also because they are a local estate agents. (On a side note: I was very impressed that Justin remembered me and also who I bought the property from all those years ago).
I asked multiple estate agents to come around and value my home and Justin's estimate matched what the other estate agents had also estimated. I found Justin's research to be a bit more thorough than the other agents - there was a very similar property to mine that had just sold just around the corner which he brought with him that the others surprisingly missed.
As this was my first time selling and more than 10 years since I last bought, I really appreciated how helpful Justin was throughout the process. For example, when the buyer’s survey requested an electrical certificate, Justin explained that they were asking for an EICR (Electrical Installation Condition Report), which made it easy for me to arrange quotes from electricians.
Both Justin and his colleague Jon were a delight to deal with and were both easy to reach - picking up the phone promptly whenever I called. The fees were all clearly explained up front and there were no surprises once the sale completed.
Overall, it was a very smooth and straightforward experience and I am very happy with their service. I'd happily use them again in the future.

This is a genuine and unsolicited review for Justin and his Team at Justin Hunter Estate Agents in Bath. It takes time to write a review and I don't normally do this, but Justin has given such great service and really gone out of his way to help me with the sale of a property in Bath I really wanted to give him some recognition.
I do not live in Bath, and the house was empty so Justin stepped in and really took care of many jobs which I appreciate are really outside of the normal scope of a selling Estate Agent. However he did this with a smile, kept me regularly informed, located tradesmen when one was required, never charged me extra for any of this, and most importantly did everything he could to assist with the sale. The property was sold for a fair price, despite the market being hit with the interest rate rises, and I was delighted with his service. I could not have asked for more. Justin is a really genuine person, who I can't recommend enough.

We bought our house through them in 2016 and we were so impressed that we sold it with them this year. We were also fortunate enough to have them as agents for the house we subsequently bought.
Over the course of our house hunt, I’ve dealt with the vast majority of Bath’s agents. For me, Justin and team stand head and shoulders above them all. Justin himself is a natural born salesperson and a big personality. But dig beneath this and you’ll find someone who is honest, exceptionally knowledgeable and fearsomely competent to boot.
I’ve found the whole team to be extremely helpful and responsive throughout. Under their diligent and efficient stewardship, they shepherded our sale and purchase through to completion in under 7 weeks! You certainly wouldn’t get that kind of service from an online agent. They’ve single-handedly changed my perception of estate agents for the better!

Rosie from Justin Hunter blows every estate agent stereotype out of the water. She is truly exceptional! Rosie went above and beyond at every step of the purchase. The vendors were particularly challenging due to being abroad and providing very limited information so Rosie went out of her way to find extra information for us and even made herself a bore hole expert to help the process along!
Rosie was extremely responsive working all hours to keep the purchase on track and always offered sound advice. She is also just a lovely person always answering the phone in such a happy positive tone despite what was sometimes quite difficult moments.

I cannot rate Justin Hunter high enough. He's the best estate agent I've ever employed and there's been a few. Fast, efficient, honest and a great guy to deal with and he knows the Bath property market inside out.

Within 3 days of switching to her from another agency she had an offer, which went through, and we sold our house to a cash buyer effortlessly within a couple of months!
