We initially spoke with someone from the lettings team who was well-prepared and transparent, which we appreciated. However, after some discussion, we decided to sell our property instead of renting it out. Unfortunately, our experience with the sales representative has been disappointing. He called my partner and provided a valuation that was around 10% lower than the median estimated by multiple property sites and approximately 15–20% below our target price. Despite this, he insisted on sticking to his valuation, effectively expecting a commission for doing very little work. It was both unreasonable and unprofessional. Based on this experience, I would not recommend this agency for selling your property.... Read more
