I have used Keatons in the past and found them professional and knowledgeable of the market they deal with. This time was no different the team dealing with my sale were friendly, accurate in their assessment of market price and put forward only serious buyers so cutting out the process of time wasting and excessive viewings.<br>The team dealing with the sales process, Beatrice Rogers, Max Colley, Hollie Faint, Lorena Haque and not forgetting Scott Little who although has since departed, got the process of to a good start. The team kept me informed of all viewings and handled things excellently. I can not think of anything negative as when issues arose during the sale process they chased up the issue.<br>Thoroughly satisfied and would recommend using Keatons to handle your property sale.

Justine from Keatons Stratford has been great throughout the whole process. She managed to arrange a viewing for me on the same day (on the weekend) and the house was clean and tidy when I moved in. She’s also been really helpful whenever I’ve needed anything, including searching for electricity and water meters, and when I managed to lock myself out! Really appreciate all her help and would definitely recommend her.

Staff were very knowledgeable and professional. Paperwork was completed efficiently. The pictures and brochure were of a high quality. Viewings were handled smoothly for the most part.

Highly professional people who have knowledge and skills to work with both sides, the seller and the buyers. I have been very impressed with the way they communicated with me before and after each viewing. I have received the feedback from the potential buyer soon after the viewing and was kept updated from the start to the end.
