The flat was given in a very good condition, it doesnt feel like the property is a few years old and the interiors are replaced where needed. I'M BEING BLACKMAILED TO COME CHANGE MY REVIEW! So here I am! I was very happy with the service provided by the company until I was almost homeless with my 4 children because the company put a house on the market that had not been inspected before and had health and safety issues and I was notified 3 days before the scheduled date to move. I paid for the rent and deposit (which was returned in full), but I had already given the notice at the house where I live, at my children's schools and activities. I packed all my stuff, I'm here with boxes around the house, furnitures that I didn't want to take to the new house, I threw it away. The company said that as soon as a house became available in the market with my requirements I would be contacted immediately and apparently that didn't happen.(they say that the owner of the house in question rented the house without the agency) but they put that house on the market and they didn't even were able to get in touch with me! I was the who saw it and called them to ask about that property. Then they even told me either you change your Google review or we don't help you anymore! so here is my opinion regarding this agency! unprofessional and incompetent!

I honestly can’t thank Gary enough for everything he did to help us sell our property. From the very beginning, there were so many unexpected obstacles and stressful moments, but Gary went above and beyond at every single step. He wasn’t just doing his job — he took our sale personally, and that meant everything to me and my husband.
There were multiple parties involved, three links in the chain, and countless issues that could have completely delayed the sale. But Gary kept it all together. He was the glue holding everything in place, making what felt impossible, possible. He was chasing solicitors, liaising with other agents, calling each party several times a day — just to keep things moving and make sure everyone was on the same page. If it wasn’t for his relentless effort, I’m certain the sale would have dragged on for another couple of months.

Not come across property agents so inefficient.
I had no intention of using Kevin & Co for selling my house as I already was planning on using Douglas Allen or Haart but I thought I would try.
The agent that showed me another property to buy encouraged to use them but despite agreeing a date and time through WhatsApp, he never turned up to value my house.
When I called to chased, he was not even aware he booked me in!
The excuse he gave me was he was busy moving offices.
He did not even apologise when I told him this was unprofessional. I wasted half a day.

Krisna 10 out of 10 for all her support in finally getting my room rented . I was getting so upset in not finding a suitable applicant . Successfully let our property through Kevin & Co from this month. After seeing many five star reviews, I was calling Kevin & Co around 11.00 am. On the same day evening, 4.00 pm, Krishna came and inspected the property. Krishna is helpful and have much knowledge in this field. She gave many useful advice on what we need to do to our newly purchased property. I am letting the property first time through letting agents. So I got many questions. All my questions are clearly explained and clarified by Krishna. She is also good in updating the process and also reply as soon as possible. I had been looking for a property to rent for a long time, agents would take my details and I wouldn’t hear back. Whilst I was looking, I was staying on my friends couch and working irregular shifts.
I got through to Kevin, at he first told me about the help to buy scheme which I wasn’t aware of and then he began his search in looking for a place for me. He catered everything to my work schedule and really made sure I was well looked after throughout my journey. Never heard about this company despite living in this area for over 8 years. After a while, I made a quick check on google and find those 5* ratings and nice comments. I started to be a bit sceptical. As my wife and I needed a new property to rent within Redbridge (Ilford area) we decided to try to go with Kevin&Co.
Mommin and Kevin were very polite and spent a lot of time showing us different types of property and explaining us all the pros and cons. At the end they helped us with the paperwork and make the whole process as easy as it could be. Give them a chance and you will definitely enjoy it!

I cannot recommend Kevin and his team highly enough. He saw me through a complex sale of my house, was always on my side (unlike a previous agency I had my house with who seemed to be working more for the buyer than my interests) and advocated for me tirelessly. Kevin showed leadership through a challenging selling climate and was clear all the way through with what was needed to get the sale across the line. He and his team were extremely responsive to any difficulties that arose and turned a precarious situation around overnight in order to get the best outcome for me. The outcome was always about more than the money or the agent's fees. He saved time and heartache by having buyer's who were ready to proceed and so cut out much of the time consuming uncertainty. Working with Kevin and his team was reassuring and restored my faith in humanity. Kevin is an excellent communicator and negotiator which always makes the process easier. His skills and knowledge of the market are exemplary as is his flexibility in adapting to changing circumstances. He is always solutions focused. I have not come across anyone better in all the house sales I have carried out.
