I’ve recently bought and sold (separate chains) through Kingsland and I couldn’t fault them at all. Marc and Sarah are an excellent double act and I’ve really enjoyed working with them! I always think it’s very easy for companies to get it right when things are going to plan, but you really understand and see how good someone is when things get bumpy. Neither my purchase or sale were particularly straight forward (through no fault of Kingsland) but Sarah and Marc were nothing but ‘on it’. The challenges faced with my purchase were due to a mishap with the banks involved, there was very little anyone could do, but, Sarah and Marc were both doing their utmost to find out what was going on, what the situation was up the chain and communicating consistently (which is much needed in the highly stressful moments!). My sale was also excellent, Marc was mega pro-active getting it on the market and Sarah found the perfect couple for it very soon after. Sarah went above and beyond to make my sale easy/ stress free as possible for me, co-ordinating things that I don’t think many estate agents would get involved in which shared the pressure and kept the momentum going. I’m fairly confident I’m in my ‘forever home’ now, but should I ever be in the market again, I wouldn’t go elsewhere. I found Kingsland to be personable, knowledgeable, super pro-active and most importantly, transparent and honest communicators. I have nothing but good things to say about Kingsland Property and how well they looked after us through the process of selling our house. Sarah and Marc are both incredibly personable and warm people, and truly make you feel looked after and supported. Their communication was brilliant, always keeping us in the loop with how things were going and checking in on us. As Sarah was primarily responsible for our sale, I have to say a few words about her specifically. You honestly couldn’t meet a lovelier person than Sarah. Nothing is too much to ask and she works so incredibly hard and truly cares about her clients. We felt so looked after and knew Sarah was doing and would do everything she could to keep the process running smoothly. She supported us through each stage and was always there with words of encouragement and to share our excitement as things progressed. Sarah even helped lift boxes on our moving day!
