I was looking for a commercial property to rent for my haulage company near Bedford, and for almost two years I struggled to find something suitable. Either the properties were over budget or too far away, so the process became quite frustrating.
When I first met Joshua from Kirkby Diamond, I initially went to view a different yard. After discussing my needs with him, he quickly understood exactly what I was looking for and showed me another yard that was absolutely perfect, the right location, the right size, and within budget. What I appreciated the most was his constant professional communication. He always replied to emails promptly and kept everything clear and well-organised throughout the process. A true professional.
If Kirkby Diamond has more people like Joshua, I can confidently recommend them. If you are looking to rent or purchase a commercial property, this company is definitely top-tier.

I’ve used Kirkby Diamond several times, and every experience has been excellent. Joshua assisted with my previous sale and I want to note his professionalism, knowledge and great customer service.
The rest of the team deserves just as much praise. They have been consistently helpful, quick to respond, and incredibly efficient at keeping the whole process running smoothly from start to finish. Whether it was a simple question or a last-minute detail that needed sorting, someone was always on hand and happy to help.

Very unprofessional company. Zero respect for tenants or their property.
I’ve complained three times about agents and prospective buyers entering the property without permission or notice, every time I’ve been assured it won’t happen again only it does. I only find out because I can see people in my property on the security cameras. The second time the agent / valuation team left the front door unlocked, which was left this way until I went back into the property the next day.
Lights left on, floors left dirty, fire doors left open on every occasion they’ve entered!!
An empty apology from the manager each time but nothing changes, now having to resort to changing the locks to protect my business and its security.
This company is a major red flag and if you are looking to use them to sell a property I would avoid !!

I have let many commercial properties in my time and dealt with various agents ranging from local to national landlords. I can hands down say that the team at the Bedford office have been the most helpful, engaging agents I have ever worked with.
I felt that they were invested in helping me find the right premises for me and my business. Enza especially was extremely helpful and I will certainly be using her services again in the future.

DO NOT USE! I paid £840 for a professional valuation report on my property for a lease extension. This was checked and signed of by a 'Partner' with many years of experience. On opening this report I immediately found two mistakes in this which would have cost me £1447 if I didn't notice. I have zero experience or knowledge in the sector and its is extremely worry that two people had gone through this report and not seen the errors. I have spent out further money for a solicitor to check this report for me and Kirkby Diamond are now fobbing me off for any sort of compensation to cover the cost of my solicitor to check their work or a refund. Do not use unless you have an endless pot of money you want to throw away on people incompetent in doing their job correctly.

Unreliable, unprofessional and a waste of time! Wouldn't recommend to anyone!
I was shown a commercial property that I expressed an interest in and told the agent would get back to me but I never heard anything back! The agent was aware how urgently I needed the place. What a complete let down!
