Kivells were mid price range in terms of their fee.
We then contacted the office and were very pleasantly surprised how professional their approach was, on this basis we agreed the terms of sale.
We had quite a protracted sale which eventually completed thanks to the perseverance of the Kivells team

I cannot fault the way that the staff at Kivells have dealt with the sale of our property. We initially dealt with Will who showed prospective purchasers round and then Laura who dealt with progression of the sale. Both dealt with the sale in a very professional and friendly manner from the outset. Laura kept us updated on a regular basis as to how the chain was progressing and finally getting it across the line after a lot of hard work on her part. HIGHLY RECOMMEND, THANK YOU.

Many thanks to Elaine, David and all the Kivells staff who helped us make our dream move to Devon last month. It was a huge undertaking and after finding our 'Forever Home' everybody in the office we talked to were more than happy offer advice and help with every single question we had.
The professional and friendly service provided helped with the experience.
Because of the distance we were travelling on the moving day, we were greeted by David at the doorstep with keys in hand. This was a massive help as we would have arrived at the office after closing time and it also helped our removal company unload one of the lorries.

My brother in law was suppose to be moving in to a property today, it is filthy. Broken drawers and rank bathroom. I think this is such bad service as they take the deposit and give bad service :(
