This was an extraordinarily difficult transaction because of the apparent lack of knowledge of the purchasers solicitors and the lack of knowledge of the purchasers themselves regarding country properties. What was promised to be a quick cash purchase took 4.5 months to exchange. Rupert Sturgis did an amazing job keeping the deal struggling on through thick and thin. He deserved his fee.... Read more

We had no hesitation in instructing Charlie Taylor, Alice White and Rupert Sturgis from the Cirencester and Bath offices to manage the sale for us. We are delighted we did. Alice and Charlie were both superb, hands-on coordinator. They gave us a realistic estimate of what we might reasonably expect to achieve and within what time frame. They organised a swift and efficient photo-shoot, asked for our input on the publicity material and pulled together a fantastic team from your local offices, all of whom he personally introduced us to, who would show the house.
