The service from Lara and Helen at Knight Frank was simply superb – both in managing the process calmly and efficiently but also in the sensitivity shown to both the vendor and the seller in a challenging situation.
They could not have been kinder, taken more trouble on every little detail, or given more confidence and assurance.
If you want to buy a house, ask these two first of all to find it - and then to make buying it an absolute pleasure. Without Lara, I wouldn’t have found this house or had the courage to buy it. Rosie and Helen accommodated every ask, were endlessly patient and helpful, made it possible to view at a range of different times and made sure I understood the full picture. Without Helen I couldn’t have got through the process - no question was too stupid and no ask too difficult. They are all diamonds - hope KF realise how brilliant they are and how much they go above and beyond. Couldn’t recommend them more highly.

Not all estate agents are created equal.
Knight Frank in Stow on the Wold are an exceptional estate agent, who are changing the narrative around the stereotypical unreliable, insular, expensive service.
I cannot recommend Helen Waddilove at Knight Frank highly enough. Persistent, honest, communicative, measured and able to balance the needs of buyer and seller to mutual advantage.
We moved to Knight Frank on the recommendation of a friend and we are so glad that we did. Our previous agent lacked initiative and energy, to the point where I was constantly chasing them and unconvinced by their entire operation. Helen represents the polar opposite and I genuinely believe that without her efforts, we would still be trying to sell our home.
Moving house is right up there with life's most stressful times. Parting with exorbitant sums of money to arrogant, slothful solicitors and paying ridiculous levels of stamp duty to the government, only adds to the pain. An estate agent can often fall foul of the same disdain, but in Helen's case, the (reasonable) fee was entirely worth the outcome.
If you are selling your home, you will not regret working with Helen and Knight Frank at Stow in the Wold. You are going to have to pay a lot of money to someone to sell your home, so it makes sense to select someone who will actually work for you and get the job done.

Having moved several times in the past ten years, I have previously found that it’s quite rare as a buyer, to have such excellent communications from

Helen, has been an absolute pleasure to deal with, she has been incredibly proactive when ensuring everything was moving along with the sale, answering many important questions and chasing all relevant parties when needed, she is extremely personable and professional, with all our dealings. On the day we completed we were welcomed with an absolutely beautiful moving in gift bag, which was such a lovely touch!

The family plan was move from the period Farm House, (still requiring completing with lots of building works outstanding including landscaping) into a Barn conversion already underway in the adjacent outbuildings and former farmstead. The Knight Frank team invested considerable time in helping us with clear advise on how and when to market the property in order to maximize the return. Improvements we had planned they advised where not really that important to most buyers and suggested other items we should complete in order to best present the property to the market. Other agents viewed the property at the same time, but I think could not foresee the final result as it was in reality still one big building site!
Surprisingly Knight Frank’s proposed fees were the most competitive, only select & vetted viewings were arranged and always followed up with a with a full debrief. After just a few weeks we had a number of firm cash offers for almost £1M more than other agents had advised would be possible. The whole process from acceptance to exchange was then managed professionally and quickly. What more could you ask for?
