Photographs were done on a mobile phone and we had to ask them to add things they'd missed and to change some of the poorer photographs. It was only after I'd requested it that we got a weekly update phone call. The first lady who did the first showing turned up late and then was going to leave the house unlocked when it was over. She then didn't turn up to the second one and someone had to fill in last minute. By the time they turned up we'd already met the viewers and had been sat talking to them for 20 minutes.
