My first meeting with Natasha Cawsey was a fretting change from the previous agents I'd seen. She new the area, the market she was aiming at and obviously priced my property correctly as it sold quickly at the asking price. What more to say?

Photographs were done on a mobile phone and we had to ask them to add things they'd missed and to change some of the poorer photographs. It was only after I'd requested it that we got a weekly update phone call. The first lady who did the first showing turned up late and then was going to leave the house unlocked when it was over. She then didn't turn up to the second one and someone had to fill in last minute. By the time they turned up we'd already met the viewers and had been sat talking to them for 20 minutes. Just not enough effort put in for the money they charge

Being in the same village as our property they have an excellent knowledge of the area and valuation of properties in the area, our home sold very fast.

Check your Estate Agents Competed sales, NOT their sales figures , Read the Negative Reviews, DO YOU HOME WORK, ITS YOUR TIME, YOUR MONEY, ITS YOUR HOUSE...............

Very poor experience with the communication from the estate agents. Avoid dealing with them when buying properties. Not very professional service, no consideration for your situation.

Avoid buying a house from this agent and branch, we are stuck looking at a last minute several month delay to our chain due to the ineptitude and incorrect listing from this agent, our solicitor and estate agents have been chasing information with no response to compound the poor experience
