Proceed at your own risk. Would give 0 stars if I could! Tenancy was an absolute joke, and tried to scam you at every oppertunity. Rented a property which was not fit for purpose, which was supposed to be a professional house share but there were nightmare tenants smashing up the property, taking drugs and having loud parties, property broken into due to poor security broken items and furniture, left without heating for weeks, would refuse to fix any issues, and are now trying take my full deposit.!Such a poorly orgnaised agency - on a seperate property, made me pay a 'holding deposit' for a viewing, but then could not organise a viewing, messing us about and then would not refund this. I would strongly advise against leaders, despite allowing them many chaches to make things right, they have proceeded to make my life hell for the past two years. Bertie, Katie, Nic, Sarah, Amy, all seem nice on the phone but are not prepared to do anything to help me. There have been ups and downs during the whole process but not only has Andrew remained in communication with me via call and email, he has gone above and beyond, even arranging for me to be able to view in the attic of one property at short notice. I honestly don't know where to start! But here's the TLDR summary - they didn't tell me the property was unmortgagable - They have no idea if the property is tenanted or not - when I showed up, the agent wasn't there. It took two calls from me to find out the viewing wouldn't be going ahead. I enquired about a property, went through initial questions and booked a viewing. Turned up at the given address and the door was answered by a tenant (I had been told the property was vacant). I checked the address was correct and called the number that had texted me twice to confirm the viewing. Andrew answered and I was told that Sam would "come find me". 10 minutes later, nothing so I called again and only at this point was I told the viewing wouldn't be happening. They claimed they tried to contact me but I have no voicemail and they had texted me this morning to confirm the viewing? They were completely unable to explain why there was a tenant in the property and it was only in passing that I was told that the property couldn't be mortgaged. They'd somehow managed to miss that out of the rightmove listing and our 10 minute conversation when I requested the viewing...... Read more

I am extremely dissatisfied with my experience with this letting agency. I have been renting for over eight years and have never encountered this level of unprofessionalism. During my final month of tenancy, the agency requested early termination as I had already vacated the property and viewings were taking place, with a prospective tenant wishing to move in earlier. I fully complied with their request, returned the property in a spotless condition, and handed it back on the date and time they specified. Despite this, the agency has failed to refund the rent owed to me for the unused period. It has now been over three months since the property was returned, and the refund remains outstanding. Throughout this period, I have received inconsistent explanations and repeated delays. Most recently, I was informed that the refund has been deferred until next year. The agency effectively repossessed the property early while retaining funds that are rightfully due to me. This conduct is unacceptable and demonstrates a serious lack of professionalism and accountability. I would strongly advise prospective tenants to exercise caution before entering into any agreement with this agency. They will most likely steal your money... Read more

Leaders agency is shockingly chaotic, negligent and incompetent which is signified by the incredible pace of turn over at this place. Over an 8-year tenancy, the property manager changed every few months with no handover, no communication, and no continuity. Each time, issues were dropped and basic tenancy needs were ignored. This wasn’t bad luck — it was systemic negligence over an extended tenancy. Communication is dreadful. Emails and calls are ignored. When they do respond, it’s meaningless lines like “this has been escalated” — no action, no timeline, no accountability. They illegally kept one additional week of my deposit for years (2019–2024) although the law changed in 2019 they need to refund any amount beyond the 5 week security deposit so they were in breach of their legal obligation . They only returned it in mid/late 2024 after relentless chasing — no apology, no compensation. After moving out, it took over a month (and countless chasers) just to get the exit report and any proposed deductions. Despite repeated attempts to resolve this amicably, I was forced to escalate to the Tenancy Deposit Scheme. More than three months after the tenancy ended, they still haven’t paid the full undisputed portion of my deposit, they still owe me money and have either provided me with lies, incorrect information or not responding even though this was confirmed by TDS and I was paid as per the adjudication decision. I’ve had to involve TDS just to get basic legal compliance. I’m also going to raise with the Property Ombudsman as their failures are systemic. If you value your money, time, or sanity — stay well away from this agency. Never again will I want to deal with Leaders in any way shape or form.... Read more

I recently took an apartment for rent where Leaders was the agent. Right from initial conversations, Katie, who was my contact point was very responsive and prompt. The whole letting process went smoothly, and got the keys to my apartment just three days after moving to Cambridge (though we started working earlier). Please keep up the good work and looking forward to a long professional relationship. Update: I am leaving UK for good. After I reached out to Leaders and my landlord with notice of vacating the property, I was a bit lost regarding the process, cleaning, inspection etc. Nobody was able to guide me until my landlord connected me to Lauren Nield. Since then the friendly and proactive way she guided me and gave me information on who to reach out for cleaning etc has been a revelation. I can say that I am very comfortable with the process and all activities are scheduled as per plan. Lauren‘s contribution to this is very much appreciated. This is nothing short of a 5 star service. An update to my review. I have now left UK. In spite of being in a different country, the closing activities with Leaders went seemlessly. Leaders in nothing but name Unfortunately Google does not permit zero star reviews so I am forced to leave a generous one star review for Leaders Cambridge. We were tenants with Leaders for one year and our problems really began when vacating the property. One month before our tenancy transitioned to a rolling monthly agreement, our property manager left. We were not informed of this and we were also not informed that the property had been put back on the market, with another tenant already found. Fortunately we were able to make alternative arrangements. In the final weeks of our tenancy we received no communications at all from Leaders. The next we heard from them was one month later when they incorrectly told us our account was in arrears and demanded payment for the month after we had left the property. Additionally, they took money out of our bank account without communication or consent for a separate charge. They have now confirmed this charge was made in error. However, over 3 months later we are STILL waiting for this to be refunded. Our property managers have been unreachable by phone or email and have not responded to us for over a month now. We have no timeline for when we will receive a refund. If you are a prospective tenant who would love to do the job of an estate agent for them, then look no further than Leaders Cambridge!... A bad experience from start to finish, our move in date was one day before we went on holiday, to our surprise when we got the keys and went to move in the property had not even been cleaned . We contacted leaders who offered to lean after we move in which was not acceptable After this we had a couple of maintenance issues which we notified leaders by email with no response. Coming to the end of the contract , still no email replies so eventually got to talk to someone, we were informed that our property manager had changed which we was not notified of. Unfortunately another bad review for leaders Cambridge. Communication is awful, arrange a viewing which they didn't attend, it took leaders three weeks to even look at our references. Once we did eventually view the property (four weeks prior to the moving date) It was in a sorry state inside - leaders told us the landlord was planning on renovating the house but had no detail on what was actually being renovated. We sent a list of questions regarding the renovations and had no response. At that point I was happier to walk away. Overall leaders did not meet our expectations and I would worry for future problems within the property and how Leaders would handle them situations with such poor communications.... Read more

Posting an honest feedback, I’ve had mixed experiences with Leaders since I started with them, understandably it’s person-to-person basis. I’ve had 4 property managers change in a period of less than 10months, however my experience so far with Abigail has been positive. She’s been ‘responsive and efficient’ throughout our interaction, most importantly understanding when a conversation is needed either via call or email. Communication is key especially in our busy lives. Abi has so far, kept the tenants welfare and requests in account as the connection between the landlord and myself. Keep up the good work Abi! Special mention to George, who was excellent in how he managed the property on short notice. Man of few words but probably made the most effective solutions and actions during his time! I was with leaders for just 6 months. In that time I had consistent maintenance issues with the property I was in. Damp and mould issues which I repeatedly reported and consistently cited as being a structural fault in the property. They never fixed my window which was double glazed however the glass was shot resulting in consistent condensation buildup and mould as well as a draft. I had a repetitive leak in my room which took a while to get fixed. When I reported damp and mould issues I was sent a document on how to “deal with it” only after several months of consistent calling did they finally get someone to fix anything. Upon departing the property I was renting they took over 5 weeks to return my deposit despite the fact it states 10 working days. I had to chase them up for everything - an email was simply not enough I would call week after week. And was met with excuse after excuse and empty apology after empty apology. I don’t believe there is any justification for it. Will not be renting again with them.... Read more

Incredibly lazy and unresponsive. As a prospective tenant, I asked to view more than one property, only to be told this was not possible as they would be “wasting their time” – even though that is literally part of their job. Instead, I was told I had to rely on a virtual tour, which is completely unacceptable when making such an important decision. This is my first time encountering such shockingly poor customer service from an estate agent, and it honestly feels like a scam. If this is how they treat potential tenants at the very start, I dread to think what they would be like to deal with further down the line. I would strongly recommend avoiding this agency.... If I were a landlord, I would stay far away from Leaders in Cambridge — you have a 0% chance of getting your property let through them, as they do not even offer proper face-to-face viewings. The entire experience with this agency has been appalling. They are incredibly lazy, with no response from anyone on the team. Instead of arranging in-person viewings, they try to push prospective tenants into renting based solely on a virtual tour. From reading other reviews, I can see this is not just my experience — it’s clearly how they operate. No one should be pressured into signing a tenancy without physically seeing the property. I even raised the issue with the lettings manager, which turned out to be completely pointless — no reply, no action, no viewing booked. The customer service is easily the worst I’ve ever encountered. It honestly makes me wonder what sort of training (if any) their staff actually receive. They come across as completely unserious — almost like a remote-only operation that mimics a legitimate agency but doesn’t actually do the essential work. At times it feels closer to dealing with a scam company than a professional letting agent.... Read more

I have recently started a student tenancy with leaders and to say it has been one of the most stressful times in my life would be an understatement. Initially, my enquiry was met with only a video tour but then I managed to get squeezed in for a in person viewing and the state of the room was appalling. I was speaking to Andreea and she managed to start getting it resolved for me. I paid the holding deposit and was hounded for my documents while still being unsure of the state of the room. I didn’t manage to check it as I had a death in my family and would have had to make do with a video tour, where the carpets had been changed upon request however it glossed over the plethora of other issues that were in the room. I had mentioned a few times over the phone that the bed was broken as well but nothing was done to resolve it. I had paid the rent and my issues now only ramped up here, after various emails regarding the pick up of my keys from the office and leaving messages over the phone with members of the leaders team, I had no response from Jake Stearne, as Andreea now told me she was leaving and he would be liasing for pick up, but I had no response until I called again at 5pm and was told i’d be able to pick up my keys, however they closed at 5.30. I went to pick up my keys and only then was i able to see the state of the room and the state of the house in general. The back garden was overgrown and been dumped with rubbish probably from previous tenants that had not been cleaned as well as the room having major issues such as broken parts, nails sticking out of wood, dents and scuffs on the wall as well as a highly damaged desk and damaged bed. I have emailed my Property Manager, Kerri Thomas, 5 times and gotten a joke of a response the first time, and been ignored for the last 4 emails waiting for an update. It is a joke! I understand I am a student but for the state of the house to be this bad! I am now stuck in this agreement with them until next august but I would not recommend them at all as Andreea, the only helpful and capable one, has now left. Very poor letting agent. When you call them the staff are unable to answer queries, and the property manager is never available requiring you to call back or email. Emails go unanswered and require chasing multiple times and when they are answered the questions you ask are not answered at all, you are fobbed off with a response which turns out to be an outright lie. Maintenance issues are fixed with the cheapest possible solution, and the people that do the inventories walk about with their eyes closed as basic things like windows and light switches actually working are missed. I had a terrible experience with Leaders, one of the worst agencies in Cambridge. I joined as a scientist and rented a flat through them. The real issues began when I gave them notice of my intention to terminate the tenancy. They charged me an outrageous fee of £540 for ending the lease. Even though the flat was located in a high-demand area in the city center, they still managed to take an extra month's rent from my deposit, despite me vacating the property. I gave them two months' notice, yet it took them a full three months to find a new tenant, which is ridiculous considering the demand in areas like Cherry Hinton—where properties should be rented almost immediately. The agents were extremely rude, and they exploited the contract I had signed, which gave them full control. I even reached out to the Tenancy Deposit Scheme (TDS) for help, but it was ultimately useless. Please be cautious when renting through Leaders. I know of cases where other agencies have gone out of their way to help tenants, even allowing them to find a replacement tenant. I had a family ready to take over our lease, but Leaders refused, motivated purely by the desire to charge re-marketing fees. Choose wisely!... Read more

Hands down the WORST letting experience of my entire life. Firstly, before even moving into the property they lied to my face, and told me that the landlord would only accept a no deposit scheme. THIS WAS A LIE. The no deposit scheme wasn't even something he was aware of. The scheme itself works only in leaders favour and doesn't secure the tenant against damages at all, it is essentially an extra tax on people unable to pay a deposit upfront. It is DESPICABLE. Secondly the response times and actual management of the property is laughable, all of the damage and repair complaints I logged took weeks to fix, and I ended up having to do a bunch of repairs myself. And finally it has been two months since I left the property and am still waiting on my deposit to be released. They have effectively STOLEN my money at this point. I would be very careful about being pressured into holding deposits by people at Leaders Cambridge. On Friday, I asked a couple of questions on a property, that we were informed to be the “best applicants on” - we were extremely keen and ready to view the property on the same day/ day after. Immediately! Well within our affordability. After getting called every few minutes, I felt panicked and pressured, that we would loose the property. Being emailed to say the Landlord had even accepted another set of tenants already, despite us being accepted. I do feel that if we were the best applicants for the property, contact the landlord and allow us to view. (We had not even had our questions answered) Once I had paid close to £400.00 holding fee, a viewing was suddenly available on Monday. Excuses were made, despite Jake even admitting he hadn’t even acquired the contact details of the current tenants yet. No refund of the holding fee yet the property was held for about 3 hours total after realising we had been conned. We would never enter a relationship like that and have declined the property alltogether. I feel that a holding fee should be used to keep a property you are set on following a viewing, not as a ploy to pressure tenants into a property- when they are the preferred tenants. Treat prospective tenants better if you would like good tenants Leaders. Sad to have lost so much money. But very happy to have missed what would have been a terrible experience if the property was not true to the pictures. Very disappointed by the lack of humanity and respect.... Read more

Never trust this agent! Since I first moved in, I had very had experience with one “property manager” because this person cannot transfer messages between the landlord and the tenants in time. And this person does not always want to solve problems until it gets very bad. I tried to point something out to the landlord before, but I have to keep pushing this “manager” for transferring the message to landlord. The message was transferred 3 weeks later (how crazy), and caused me to spend extra money on some nonsense things. I am not sure why this person wants to delay the process. It apparently hurts both the landlord and the tenants. But otherwise, the letting process with Amy Hart, the communication with Clare was smooth. At the start we were really excited that the property me and partner wanted was back on the market. We phoned and got all the information straight away in an email. We had lots of phone conversations with Jake and had all the information we needed which was great. We then proceeded with a holding deposit and started our applications. It was since completing our applications that the communication had stopped and had gotten poor. We were given a viewing after we had paid the holding deposit however, Jake who was meant to be dealing with myself and partner with the property could not make the viewing and we were given another lady to show the property to us. This was disappointing due to the lady not knowing anything about the property when we were asking important question such as energy suppliers, water, taxes ect. I had then contacted Jake the next day asking the questions that should have been answered at the viewing, be he did not know either. We had some slight issues with some documents on Leaders side to which we were informed our moving date would be pushed back, but myself and my partner had to phone Leaders for an update as they didn’t bother contacting us. We then had a set date to pick up our keys, the night before they had rung us (at 7pm!) and informed us that there would be a delay picking our keys up but they would inform us later that night. They didn’t. I tried numerous attempts to phone the office but due to it being shut, I couldn’t get through. I had to phone at 9am but no one from the Cambridge branch had answered and this got passed to a lovely lady in a different branch who also, could not get through to the Cambridge branch. We then eventually got through to the Cambridge branch where we were then told that picking our keys up would be later in the day and not at the times we had originally planned. This had then complicated things due to rescheduling work. I was then contacted ten minutes later by another lady and was told we could come and collect the keys straight away. Frustrated to say the least as it was clear they did not have any teamwork or communication in the office even though they’re all sat next together at the desks! Overall, the experience at the beginning was excellent but it rapidly went downhill. They need more communication with their tenants.... Read more

Believe the 1-star reviews. I would give 0 if I could. From my initial onboarding as a tenant, to the very end, it was like pulling teeth. It's the worst of the worst in terms of professionalism. Expect curt one-liners to BIG issues, passive-aggressiveness, them giving up when the issue is too hard to resolve. Expect disrespect and patronisation. Expect maintenance issues that are for landlords to resolve, to be passed on to tenants. Expect to be milked. (One core issue for me was a bathroom whose floor completely collapsed. There was literally a hole in my bathroom! The lettings agent was making it look like that was my fault. He wanted me to shoulder part of the cost for remodelling. Luckily, a contractor came in to diagnose that there was a leak in the bath tub pipe as early as the 1980s, when the property was made. Imagine trying to pass that off as my fault. LOL) Also, the turnover rate between lettings agents is HIGH. I think I may have experienced 6-7 different agents in the course of 2 years. Departing agents don't "onboard" the coming ones, and they don't have a database compiling property issues, so pending household issues from one agent era do not get passed on to the next. It's up to you to keep emailing, and updating, and rehashing the history. And the new agents get passive-aggressive and say that "it's the first I've heard of this!" whenever you follow up. The onus of maintaining the property is always passed on you, and if you want to get something done fast, it is going to take A LOT. A lot of prompting and prodding. It takes a crisis --e.g., machines breaking down, boilers not providing hot water -- for Leaders to act. I notice that Leaders has a high rating FROM LANDLORDS. But 1-stars from TENANTS. That tells you A LOT about their character. They care about the rich property owners -- but if you're a lowly little tenant? Forget it. So be careful with these guys! Think twice. PS. I only stuck around because the property location was nice.... Read more

The property management service at Leaders is absolutely appalling. Despite their numerous apologies and promises that it will get better, they have failed to provide the service that have been paid for. I have let my property with Leaders for 3 years and from the start of their service they have been disappointing. They have initially misplaced the marketing photos of my property but failed to inform me. They then marketed my property without any photos for over 2 weeks and advised me to lower my rent to attract more prospective tenants as it wasn't gaining much interest. Having looked at the website myself I then realised the problem and asked them to clarify. That was how I found out they had lost the photos. There was no apology or suggestion to retake the photos but to continue marketing for a further week to see what happens. I then escalated it to the manager who then got a photographer in the next day to take a new set of photos. After that, I had a couple of prospective tenants within a week with the manager overseeing that process. Each year’s tenancy renewal was a joke. I had 4-5 different property managers contacting me about a renewal and no one ever responded to me when I agreed to the renewal terms. I got fed up one year and threatened to go elsewhere and I was promised things will improve and I will get a dedicated property manager from now on. That never materialised. Several excuses were provided including a high turnover rate and illnesses. Ultimately, there was no handover system between staff causing a breakdown in communication between landlords and constant change in property managers. After 3 years of tenancy, enough is enough and I have decided to leave Leaders. The end of tenancy process was an ordeal. The tenant at the time could not get hold of Leaders for many weeks to find a new property to move in to and resorted to getting my number from a neighbour to seek help as the end of tenancy was only 2 weeks away. I then had a junior property manager who has very little experience to deal with the issue and I’ve had to call him every single day to get an update on the situation. On the final week of the tenancy, as I have taken time off work to deal with the property, it transpired that the tenant was not moving out on the date that was agreed and the property manager had been avoiding letting me know and purposely avoiding my calls. No other property managers in the branch knew what was happening with my situation and told me that I had to wait until my property manager was back in the office. I resorted to turning up to the branch to complain to the branch manager and I got hold of the property management team leader’s contact details to make my complaint. The team leader then dealt with my property until the tenant has moved out (a week late) and I was assigned another property manager to deal with the deposit negotiations. One month later, the negotiations were complete and no sign of money in my account. Contacted Leaders again to then inform me that ‘they thought the Accounts Team had sorted it’. Another round of apology and more chasing, I have eventually received the invoice and later money in my account. Overall my impression of Leaders’ property management service is that the whole system is broken down. They have some property managers who are competent but constantly apologising for the system breakdown. And then there are poorly trained property managers who are left unsupervised and left to deal with difficult situations. The team leader explained that it wasn’t his fault as he only recently got promoted to manage a property. No amount of apology is sufficient to justify the appalling service that I have received. Save your time and money, go with somewhere else other than Leaders, if you are a landlord.... Read more

Actively avoid this agency unless your other option is a box under a bridge. Here's why: the same property is in the market with a different rent price every day for a week. When contacting them about said property they initially reply and then ghost you only to come back when you ask again and say it's been let. And the cherry on top: "oh we have another person who is ready to make an offer so you need to tell me now". We moved into our student property in September 2023, and were shocked to discover that the property was not in the condition that was agreed in the Tenancy Agreement. We have repeatedly asked for the garden to be trimmed and cleared of rubbish (including a shopping trolley and a skateboard) and have been reassured time and time again by our property manager, Nic. Don’t be mislead by the perfectly written 5 star reviews which seem really fishy to me, I did not have a positive experience. Echoing some of the other real reviews, problems included being coerced into taking a ‘no-deposit’ option which means eventually paying much more due to interest. Emails and calls for help were ignored, faulty appliances had inadequate repairs (meaning problems for all future tenants) and of course I had to chase to get my deposit back after months. Moving from Northern Ireland was quite difficult, as we were unable to fly over to Cambridge regularly to look for housing. Massive disappointment to their service. Extremely unprofessional. Handle the client information in a very careless manner. Initially the staff (who is called Amy Hart ) asked me to email a completed application form and I just follow to do so. I made a follow up call immediate afterwards to make sure she has received my email and she acknowledged to receive that. However after a few days the agent has no feedback and I make a call again. What surprising me is that she told me she never receive my form. That's fine and I try to send a couple of emails again but she just keep telling me haven't receive my form. This is very annoying and I am sure she is telling lies and didnt check the email thoroughly, but just teasing me instead. Because of her mistake, I lost my chance to rent my favourite property. Giving the agency one star is too much. I wish Google allow me to give a negative score to them. Seriously I would advise any of you to avoid using their service. When things go wrong with the house, they turn a blind eye. The weather is 31 degrees, the refrigerator at home has been damage for three months, and they have not responded. One day, an engineer suddenly appeared in front of my house without any notice, saying that the refrigerator would be repaired. He hurriedly checked for ten seconds, found it impossible to fix, and then nothing. But when it came time to renew, they responded to the email within seconds and "threatened" us to break into my house if we didn't comply with their demands within a week so their potential clients could visit . A monthly "admin fee" is charged without any administration. Even when the agent asked the client to fill out a performance evaluation form, she said to him that the link was invalid, she replied that we should search the Internet for relevant links on our own. At some point the agreement has to be corrected for some terms and conditions and she was very helpful and made sure all the process was followed and she sorted them in timely manner. She also made sure, she listened to both the parties while coordinating. I was relocating, and understanding my situation, Katie offered few extended services... like collection of keys from home, arranging the checkout-inspections, reports etc. they were small but very useful for my situation and made my last few days/hours of travel/relocation much easier. Absolutely not recommended. In order to be allowed to look at the apartment, we would have to pay the reservation fee in advance. We found this very unusual as this fee is non-refundable. But based on the video sent to us, we decided to do it. After postponing the viewing appointment several times, we were very shocked about the condition of the apartment, which did not match the video. Holes in the carpet, huge stains, heating works only partially according to tenants and has been waiting for repairs since February, totally dirty oven. All of this damage already existed when the current tenant moved in. We also found it very difficult to communicate with them. Often didn't respond to our emails. iI we don't get our reservation fee back we will hand it over to a lawyer. Because of the video which does not show all these defects in the apartment we feel cheated. Had we been able to view the apartment without having to reserve it in advance, which is actually normal, I would never have chosen this apartment so we have now lost £450.... Read more

An absolutely terrible experience. Failed to maintain the property including essential issues such as security and the oven. The oven was replaced in the final two weeks of my tenancy after complaining since may 2021 (almost a year). The Out Of Hours contractors are utterly unprofessional. They forcefully gained access to the property by kicking the door through not only damaging the door but leaving it unsecured until the end of the tenancy. On applying for the property they revoked the non-deposit option last-minute meaning I've had to re-arrange my finances due to a change of heart by the landlord. When I gave notice I was told that the month I gave was not sufficient (even though I was on a monthly rolling contract) and tried to force my hand into paying another month's rent. I had to contact my solicitor who informed me that thankfully the notice is effective from when I send it, not from when they accept it and after putting this to Leaders they changed their minds about the end date of my tenancy. The property was not clean when I moved in and they attempted to use various issues they were already present at the beginning of my tenancy against me. Thankfully due to the fact I was not given a check-in report at the beginning of my tenancy they were unable to make any deductions from the deposit (which they still haven't returned to me after almost 3 weeks) I must however sing the praises of Clare Wraith who helped me end my tenancy very smoothly and escalated the issues I raised to them at the end of my tenancy. If anyone doubts the authenticity of this, please contact me as I have a 26-page document highlighting the shortcoming of Leaders Cambridge over my year staying in one of the properties managed by themselves.... Had a bad experience using Leaders as the letting agent. Was my first time using a letting agent in UK , and the whole experience was nightmarish. Upon paying my booking fee, was informed that the landowner decided to increase the rate 300 pound more. Decided to negotiate and we never heard any confirmation or reply on this matter. After 4 weeks of paying our booking fee and submitting our references, we were told to resubmit our references once again with online banking details. After resumitting the references, we were unable to get much update from the agent (Leah) until just few days before our supposed moving in date. After almost 7 weeks and just 5 days before the supposed day to move in (17th December 2021), we were informed that the landowner has rejected our application. The question was, why couldnt we have been informed the landowners preference or issues needed to be resolved 7-8 weeks before paying the booking fee. The agent Leah was not responsive and expect slow or no response to phone calls. The whole incident cost me extra expenses to look for new property, and look for temporary place to stay during christmas holiday. Nightmarish experience.... Read more

Absolutely terrible service. Having not used an agency in many years and having already heard bad reviews, I thought I would take the chance since there was a property I was very keen on. I was given an application form without any information to make an informed decision on the deposit scheme, for example I wasn’t even given the full details of the fees for the scheme. Despite not having the full details of the tenancy, I was pressured into paying a holding fee. When I asked about my options for the deposit I was told the landlord wanted the no deposit scheme used and there was no way I could change to have a deposit. This is despite it saying in the terms and conditions (page 3 for anyone interested), that I could give one month notice to change after a minimum term of 3 months, from the no deposit scheme, to having a deposit. Also, as I said it is several years since I used a letting agent. Despite me telling my agent Leah this, I was not given any help when asking questions about employment references. This left me very stressed, since I had been chased and chased to pay the holding fee. Then as soon as this was paid, I was dropped and offered no further guidance. I am also now getting calls from people like virgin media, about internet at the said property. This is despite me not actually having signed the tenancy document yet (only a holding fee has been paid), so my details are being shared without my permission and without a final tenancy document being paid. All in all, I am not satisfied in dealing with the agent and won’t be using them again going forward.... Read more

We had the WORST experience renting with Leaders back in 2020/21. Not only are they incompetent, but they are genuinely downright crooked. We rented a flat next to the market in Cambridge. As students and foreigners we were the prime target for this predatory agency. They gave us the option of signing up for their "no-deposit"/membership scheme (a way to not pay a deposit but instead pay a non-refundable fee to become members of the scheme which would supposedly lead to benefits). We had tried to opt out of this and pay a traditional deposit but they told us that in fact the landlord would not accept our tenancy without this, though Leaders is the property manager, so we were eventually left with no choice. One of the benefits advertised was that the agency would look for the best deal for our utility suppliers but instead this was a way for them to pocket the money by referring us to companies they get advertising payment for but do not actually give the most benefit to the property. For example, they referred us to Virgin media broadband but it turned out the line to get the internet connected by Virgin was not even present in the flat! To follow this, the flat was actually kept from us two weeks after they made us sign the contract for “repairs and cleaning”, even though the flat was abysmal when we got there. The bathroom sink didn't drain because it was blocked with an immovable plug, the kitchen extractor fan blew cooking fumes straight into the cupboard above the stove with no outlet, and the front door wouldn't stay closed unless locked, to name a few examples. Of course, Leaders did nothing and repaired nothing. Leaders had appointed an estate manager who could not be less helpful. She had no idea where our electricity or water meter was, nor the location of the garbage bins! We figured out ourselves where the electricity meter was, that there is no water meter for our flat and that there is no garbage place for this complex of about 20 flats in the centre of town! The other tenants threw their bins at one point just into the emergency exit path - to which Leaders did, again, nothing - or threw their bins into the commercial bins of the restaurants below, which technically is a crime, all because Leaders does such a poor job at managing their customers estates. However, the breaking point came when Leaders tried to increase the rent after half a year even though the contract we signed only allows for a rent increase after 1 year. Having had enough of this horrendous company and the disgusting state they left the flat in and the insane lies they told us, we decided to let the tenancy run out, not renew and leave. Even that turned out to be bothersome because Leaders accused us of not giving them notice that we're ending the tenancy and wanted us to continue paying. We had to remind them of the legal status of the situation and that our tenancy as per contract is ending on that date and that we don't have to pay. It seemed obvious that they knew this but were still trying to squeeze every bit of money out of us that they can. In general, we saw a clear pattern emerging: Based on the other tenants that we met and became friends with talking about how Leaders hasn't fixed all of our flats’ issues, they particularly target foreign students who don't know the laws in this country, are really busy with studies and work and feel intimidated more easily. The game is clear: Leaders exploits, in my experience, foreign students who will make less trouble and are more easily manipulated. It has now been over 3/4 months since my girlfriend and her 3 friends moved out from a Leader's property and despite our best attempts to resolve an ongoing dispute regarding their unfair retention of our deposit, we had no choice but to be forced to open a case with TDS. Communication with Leader's has been non-existent and at times we've been met with nothing short of a "not my problem" attitude. Again and again have they deflected responsibility, shifting accountability to the land lady with no sign of any help to find a resolution. We made countless attempts to contact Leader's to ask for the retained deposit, and each time we've been met with passive aggressive unprofessionalism and very direct rudeness - inability to understand our situation together with a bad attitude unfortunately left us with no reason to believe that this situation will be resolved amicably. So an official dispute through TDS was our only option. Despite their absolute reluctance to carry out even routine maintenance throughout the tenancy, broken boiler & washing machine taking up to a month and then over to sort out, they expected four frontline NHS nurses to foot a £1000 cleaning bill for an aged bathroom, having already paid almost £500 for cleaners. This is, quite frankly, disgusting and I cannot stress enough that this agency should be avoided at all costs. Leader's have shown no interest to help, no sense of responsibility and they constantly shift accountability all throughout the tenancy - All signs of a company which should simply not be trusted. *edit* TDS helped get some of the deposit money back thankfully... Whenever it rains, there is a waterfall coming straight off the roof and striking the pavement, causing splashback and a significant risk of damp - not only to the property 'managed' by this letting agency, but also to neighbouring properties. Also, huge kudos to Chris the facilities manager for making our move in smooth and helping us resolve issues with the apartment. Tldr: the experience has been extremely negative. So negative that I have to write my first ever negative review ever. The full read Before we agreed to any tenancy terms, the agents from Leaders were very responsive and helpful. However, from the moment we agreed to a rental price and signed an initial contract, the agent pretty much started to ignore us. It often requires us several follow-ups and prompts for the agent to even reply to our original email (after more than 3 days). We could tolerate with all that because we really liked the apartment. What really disappointed me was when the reference check came in. We spent a total of 3-4 hours filling in the application and submitted it as promptly as we could. 1 month later (and less than 2 weeks before the tenancy is due to begin), we received an email with a fresh reference check application with 0 explanation as to why this is happening. After 30 minutes of being put on hold, we talked to both the referencing check company and Leaders, only to be told that our initial reference check had an error (with the income split between my partner and I). This was an error on their part because we have put in the correct split on the initial form and they just lazily put 50-50 instead of checking the forms. I understand that they have been busy but the worst part is that they could have easily rectified it IF they didn't ignore the error until "the data expires after 28 days". Now, apparently, due to their negligence, we have to start a fresh application, contact my referees all over again and perform the same check that they did 1 month ago. Even with this error, they could have communicated with us and told us about this, instead of sending us a blank reference check - expecting us to just do it without any questions. In short, I am extremely extremely disappointed with their professionalism.... Read more

Being in the Air Force, out-processing is the thing that everyone dreads when moving out of their place of residence as it normally involves extensive cleaning, having the property inspector review it, getting the results and making corrections, getting a memo signed from the Letting Agency saying you're good to go, and etc. Normally we only have a 2 week window to perform all this so this is one of the final things that get accomplished or prevent you from moving. I'm happy to say that Zakarya Gangat was amazing to work with and that he provided excellent customer service throughout the whole process. I called his line specifically this past month multiple times and he was extremely flexible and always provided anything I needed in a timely manner. He understood that this was the last hurdle for me to go through and was very transparent on what needed to happen next. Deeply disappointed with Leaders and the staff. Firstly very disappointed with the service Leah Brasier has offered. She was not responsive at all and we had to chase her a lot for the smallest requests. We called the office several times, trying to get in touch with her and because she was busy we were promised she would call us back as soon as she is free, not only that didn’t happen but when we called back and managed to get in touch with her she didn’t have the answers for us and promised that she would get the answers and call us back something that didn’t happen, but the outrageous thing is that she was not even trying to be apologetic for all the hassle created. We have been trying to apply to two different houses, but because we have given the money for the first property to be taken off the market she didn’t even bother to pass our request to the landlord of the second house, by the time we have been informed of this it was too late for us to go any further with our request. She has given us no option into choosing the house we wanted plus we were given the “no deposit option” even though we had the money and we wanted to pay the deposit, apparently by the time we realised it was to late as well. Due to COVID-19 we couldn’t view the flat, Leah has given us a list of furniture that the flat beholds, when we managed to view the flat, a month later (one week before moving in date) the list we were given covered only a third of the furniture. Obviously Leah told us it’s not her fault as the flat was advertised as furnished( again that why we asked for the list) we now have to pay for storage to be able to fit our furniture in the flat. The two sofas inside the flat were in a deplorable state and the landlord has decided to get rid of them. We have been told( via email) that the flat will no longer have the sofas inside by the time we move in, one week later the sofas are still siting with us and no one seems to have any answers for us other than they will be collected. I don’t even want to start with the “professional cleanliness” of the flat full of dust, one room smells of dog excrement and cobwebs on the walls. We expected the contract a week before moving in date, but we received the contract on the check in date. We were supposed to collect the keys around 12 o’clock but we signed the contract after lunchtime on the same day because of that we had to delay the moving company, at our own cost and to rush into signing the contract. The inventory list doesn’t reflect the reality and we had to spend a lot of time on feedback. We have had the worst most stressful experience and I will make sure to share this experience with everyone I know, upload this review on all the platforms known by me and NEVER to sign a contract with Leaders again.... UPDATED: STUDENTS DO NOT RENT FROM LEADERS. Our so-called Property Manager has "given up on this property". We have had no hot water or heating for three days. This weekend (13-15/2) it has been below 0°c. Also I did make a complaint with customer relations as invited when I wrote the previous review. I was assigned a handler, who investigated and then asked for lots of clarification. I spent over an hour collecting the evidence asked for. I was ignored for 9 days despite asking three times if my email had been received. Terrible service throughout. The only exception to this has been Charmaine and the other receptionists in branch, who are trying to contact our property manager for us as he is not responding to the repair request made via the official channels. I urge you not to use this letting agent. Original: I have been renting a Leaders Cambridge property for 4 months. The property did not meet the standards we were told to expect including work on the garden, cleaning and the interior finish. There are also safety issues which we raised as soon as we moved into the property and have still not been repaired. Our Property Manager has repeatedly been unresponsive over email. Furthermore, Leaders have breached our tenancy agreement more than once by sending contractors around without any warning. That being said, the Office staff were very helpful when we realised one of the keys we had been given was not for our property and quickly helped us sort it. Take photos of everything! On move-in, they noted everything as in good condition. We fortunately took pictures of every scratch, bit of mold, missing caulking, dent, toilet ring, etc. Though they ignored our amendment to the inventory report, of course at check-out, they noted all the same things as problems. All of a sudden, they took pictures of everything and cited it as a problem despite calling it great at check-in. We're sure they would have charged us our entire security deposit had we not already documented the issues. Short commentary: Horrible and terribly disorganized. Long commentary: I am very disappointed and frustrated with their services. About one week ago I saw a property (number 69 flat close the train station) on right move and I made the enquiry to view it. On the next day I was contacted by one agent and we agreed about viewing this property on the past Saturday (November 23rd) at 3.30 pm. So far so good. On Saturday I arrived to the local at 3.30 pm and for my surprise I did not see anyone in the street. I walked around the building and I saw no ring bells at the entrance doors. After a failed attempt to speak with any agent by phone, I sent a new email to the same agent I emailed before and this person tells me that a different colleague is inside the flat. As you can see this information is useless because I could not tell I was at the street... So, I sent another email asking to inform the person inside the flat I was waiting outside... After some minutes I get a new email saying the colleague inside the flat had to leave for another appointment. Curiously I did not see anyone leaving. Anyway, they just made me lose my time and money going there. They should at least have given me a call asking where I was! The phone number we are asked to provide during the enquiries must be used for something. After this, my girlfriend contacted them and we made another arrangement to view the property on the next week. However, to my surprise the day before I get a new email by other agent saying the property NUMBER 85 at the same street had been let and that we could no longer view it. Now I was terribly confused. I was interested on the property number 69, not 85... This agent also asked me to give a call... A call to which number? I sent an email asking and I am still waiting for an answer. We asked then if the property number 69 was still available and unfortunately we were informed that both the 69 and 85 had been let. Well, this shows a terrible disorganization in this agency. They above all should know that nowadays is very difficult to find an house close to the train station and at a reasonable price. Instead of helping us they are just making it harder. Just to answer to your comment bellow. Once again you show you are misinformed about what happened. I did not send any email saying I was running late for the appointment because I was there at the time we had agreed. I guess you can check on this... I did send an email 10 minutes after my arrival but just to say I was there. I had to send it because you neither called me or messaged me, I was unable to ring the bell and I haven't seen anyone in the street looking for me...... Read more

I do not use to give such a bad rating but Leaders has honestly provided me the worst experience I have ever had in my entire life with a letting agent. I honestly don't understand why their overall rating is above 4 stars at the time of my review (majority of the reviews left must be from old/present employees at the agency, and not actually tenants and landlords.) Firstly, if you want to get robbed, this is actually the place to be. 1) we were forced to take a non-deposit Option at renting as we were told the regular deposit option was apparently not possible for our situation. It turns out to be additional £80 per month on top of the monthly rent, which you will never see back, and do not cover any additional costs if any when moving out. 2) our first bill paid to Leaders besides £400 Check in fee included £150 Check out. This is almost 5 times what I paid for agencies in London ... 3) At check-out we have been left with an inspector who visibly just finished her studies and was way too unexperienced to carry out these reports, as most of the staff at the Leaders Cambridge agency apparently (I also forgot to mention that the turn-over was high there and that we never got the same person dealing with our questions each time we addressed them in person at the agency). We were then provided the bill of the check-out costings 5 months after moving out date while on moving out, our inventory report noted nothing that required further fees (this should not be possible in a first place. We also learnt after that this coincided with some damages made by current tenants after us - which they made us cover for). We firstly have been in contact with Teella Brassington when another agent suddenly started to answer instead of her, Keisha without any introduction (we learnt after discussing with landlord that Teella suddenly left without notice - this totally reflect the unprofessionalism of this agency). To summarise the check-out costings: we were charged £35 for a small left box (which we had specifically asked during check-out whether this was needed to be removed and were told by the visibly unexperienced agent, that they will do it on our behalf if needed, without mentioning that they will in fact charge it), £35 for replacement of 4 light bulbs which were actually working (turning on light switches should be within everyone's reach but apparently not), £70 for top-up cleaning where a professional cleaning has been carried out and £92 for replacement of keys which Leaders agents have not been able to keep safe and themselves lost. All of that without any opportunities at any time to discuss these directly with any of their agents - they also LIED to us pretending having discussed these costs with the landlord when we happen to learn from the landlords themselves that these have never been mentioned to them...! 4) Finally we also flagged the fact that Leaders staff constantly used our parking space without even asking instead of paying street parkings and organised several viewings of the flat without any notice, while we were at the flat and not prepared for it, which is illegal. They also completely ignored these complaints. 5) The only 5 stars I would give here are for the landlords we had who were present at each situation of failure (i.e when our dish washer broke, head shower had leaks, or when we realised the vacuum was not working) : they have been reactive and help us in a timely manner in all these situations. Conclusion: TO AVOID AT ALL COSTS PLEASE. There are definitely other agencies in Cambridge where you won't need to pay exorbitant amount of money for such a poor customer service.... Read more

They clearly have no idea about what they are doing.They are incompetent to solve any problems and extremely slow/unwilling to get anything done. All they want is your money, they will charge you with any excuses. They told us the house would be ready on a certain date, then on that day they told us it wasn’t cleaned up properly yet, we cannot move in. So we were literally unexpectedly homeless for one night. And no one dealt with our complaints! And everytime something was broken, we had to chase them up with so many emails(Most of the time they didn’t even reply). It took ages for them to send someone to fix the problem. And our shower was borken for two weeks! Obviously, they like to tell you one thing then change their mind. For instance, Teella promised to tell us the price for the things they are going to deduct from the deposit, now she suddenly disappeared then we got the reply from Keisha(who we didn’t even know) saying there will be a deduction, but she can’t tell us how much. We have had a appalling experience dealing with Leaders in Cambridge. I would like to articulate my disappointment using the below details - 1) No rent review advise offered/discussed at the end of the initial tenancy agreement. 2) The tenants had adviced Leaders of their plans for renewal of lease in November, however no one from leaders got in touch with us until late January. Information was provided after we enquired about the renewal plans of tenants. 3) Only one inspection report has been provided to us so far. 4) The property manager Keisha is inexperienced and has always failed to provide us with any answers to our questions and enquiries from time to time. Never returned our calls. 5) Tried getting in touch with the branch manager Guy Joseph a few times to express our concerns. Virtually unreachable or never returned calls or messages. [Edit: Funny how they managed to respond to this review within 1 working day. Once they've taken your money the responses are generally more on the timescale of weeks or months. I guess it's cheaper to pretend that you give a damn about your customers than to actually do so.] Leaders are some of the most superhumanly incompetent people I have ever dealt with; no task is too trivial to be messed up somehow. When applying for the tenancy, I went to their branch to get my passport scanned. Then they emailed to say that they had accidentally put the scan in the shredder. That's just one example but it's representative of the level of professionalism that they provide in general. Another time I paid my rent via their online system and - despite the fact that the form for making this payment included fields for my name and the property address - they sent me an extremely rude and aggressive email a few days later accusing me of late rent payment because they were somehow incapable of locating the payment on their system, so I had to handhold them through the process of doing so during an extended email chain. They were also completely useless and unresponsive whenever we needed anything done to the property during the tenancy. In light of the exorbitant amounts of money they charge tenants for what is ultimately just some fairly basic paper-pushing, you might reasonably expect a bit better. Instead, you get a bunch of parasitical middlemen who pocket your money up front and then treat you like dirt because, now they've extracted all that they can from you, they have no incentive to do otherwise. The biggest problem with the way Leaders do business is that they do not consider themselves to be true intermediates between landlord and tenants but instead represent the interests of the landlord only. After all, the landlord is their long-term customer with an endless supply of new potential tenants coming through the city. We paid them hundreds of pounds and entered into a contract that in part obligated our landlord to, for example, make sure that the appliances in their property actually worked, with Leaders being our go-between. But when actually asked to do so Leaders would invariably hide behind a 'lack of authorization' from the landlord. This included refusing to fix our flat's only electric heater, which was broken when we moved in, for most of winter. They dismissed or ignored our emails about it from September through to MID JANUARY, sending someone only the business day after we filed a formal complaint with The Property Ombudsman. We met similar resistance to fixing the flat block's front door and gates which remained unable to be locked for months at a time. We were denied service on our ancient hoover when it didn't work, being told that it probably wasn't broken because "Henry hoovers are very reliable". It was not a Henry hoover. (When I eventually bought my own, also not Henry, hoover to replace it they assumed it was theirs on inspection and accused me of stealing it when I moved out.) Each time when pressed they cited a lack of authorization from the landlord or property manager. How can they claim to represent the interests of their tenants if they are entirely unable to execute the primary service they provide us, which is to resolve these exact issues? We even asked to be included in the conversations with the landlord or property managers at one point so we could try to get it sorted out ourselves, and our request was ignored. On moving out our inventory report noted nothing that required deductions from our deposit, but they spent 2 months refusing to return our money while "deciding" if they wanted to pursue deductions "not covered in the inventory". Over time their list included, as I mentioned above, me stealing my own hoover, furniture being left on beds(???) by their own cleaning service partner that they contractually required us to hire, and other nonsense. We ended up opening yet another formal dispute, this time through the deposit service, and Leaders finally returned our deposit in full, of course only on the final day the dispute required them to. On my original review they replied saying they "aim to provide our Tenants with the highest level of service throughout their experience with us particularly when issues arise" and "do not believe that Leaders have acted incorrectly during the management of your tenancy or during the deposit release process". Yet to get anything major done we had to actually invoke oversight organizations that could hold them accountable and force them to do the job they agreed to do, and after we did that the landlord was suddenly able to provide that authorization, or their list of complaints absent from the inventory report that could have been brought to the deposit arbitration vanished. Unfortunately they have now deleted their reply. The only way tenants can change the more parasitic members of this industry is to call them out honestly and vocally on their practices. Leaders are lazy, disorganized, unprofessional, and unwilling to do basic and required work until forced to. They themselves will say they are happy with the service they provide when they let major issues with their properties go unresolved for months while they sit on their hands waiting impotently to be authorized to do anything about it.... Awful every step of the way (well, so far - can't comment on the experience of ending a tenancy yet). Highlights include: * Changing my tenancy start date at short notice * Telling me the evening before the tenancy start date that one of the documents I had sent them *a month previously* as proof of identity could not be accepted. * Upon moving in, none of the lights in the kitchen or living room were working. * Was told I would be reimbursed for my out-of-pocket purchase of new bulbs for the above - two months later I'm still waiting to be reimbursed. * Various other maintainence issues which I brought to their attention at the start of the tenancy still waiting to be fixed (again, two months later). EDIT TO ADD: I had raised all of these issues (and more) with Leaders via a formal complaint long prior to writing this review, and I am still waiting for a satisfactory response. I also do not believe this is an appropriate place to be discussing particulars of a case so I am not going to respond further to Leader's reply here.... Read more

I had arguably one of my worst customer experiences with this branch of Leaders. Getting hold of Teela the lettings manager is near on impossible. The company is terribly organised, with limitedly skilled individuals whom aren't able to provide a professional experience. When I moved in the flat was dirty, and didn't even contain 50% of the lightbulbs required. Of course when we left we were threatened that we needed to pay for bulb replacements in order to get our deposit back.... Oh, and to pay for additional cleaning costs. An absolute joke... I'd advise anyone to choose any other estate agent before dealing with these guys. They will charge you extortionate fees to move in, to move out and won't even help you when you need them... Oh and they won't provide you with a property fit for the public. We rented a house with extensive mould, and NO heating in the grip of the winter. Leaders has honestly provided me with one of the worst experiences with a letting agents that I have ever had... After signing contracts and setting a date to move in, I started to prepare myself to move to Cambridge from my home 3 hrs away after spending the summer at home (I’m a student). I took time out of work every day to ring and confirm that I could definitely move in on a set date, to be told repeatedly that it was sorted and I was able to move in. I booked time off work, paid to transport my stuff and Set off on the day of the move... only to get a phonecall telling me I actually wouldn’t be able to move in on that day. At that point, I got so frustrated with the situation that the person on the phone helped me by telling me that I could move in... if I got two of my other housemates to drop everything else they were doing and meet me in Cambridge the same day to go into the leaders office. This was the first completely uneccessary situation that this company created. Next, when I arrived and collected my keys, I tried to get into my room in the house only to find that I didn’t have a room key. Leaders also could not provide me with a key to my room, so I had to ring my landlord (who was a very nice man) to get him to drive all the way from London to give me a key. I then had to pay for a copy to be made out of my own pocket. After all of this I then (after a few weeks) got accused of having two sets of Keys and contacted by leaders asking me to return them. This is laughable, as they actually didn’t even provide me with a full set of keys in the first place... seriously get your act together! Throughout the course of my tenancy at leaders we have been met with continual issues, surprise charges, viewings that we weren’t made aware of (no email notification), And now I find that they are even charging us to check out of the house. Avoid this agency if you can. They charge a lot and very unprofessional. They will happily forget about your email. Property management department is slow to respond, doesn't understand your issues and quite often suggests to fix broken things on yourself. One day they suggested to pull harder a stuck door that was broken (and that's all). It took few hours for handyman to fix that door with chainsaw eventually. They also don't want to send handyman until you have ~5 issues to fix. They do mistakes in documents as well. Consider to double check your inventory list. They also let dirty property with mold on walls to us. It took a month for them to make a professional cleaning. They won't fix your shower if it has low water pressure. Moved in under Leaders last month and found the whole process carefree and straightforward. Always a speedy and professional response on the phone and they were more than willing to arrange viewings and re-viewings without leaving you feeling pressured into doing a deal whilst you were there. Recently completed a house purchasing from Leaders. Since it is a first time purchase, I do not have any previous experience to compare them with. I do not have any problem with Leaders during the whole process. I chose to use my own conveyancing solicitors I found after my own google research, so the only times I have to deal with Leaders were multiple time revisiting the house, which have been very straight forward. I did not ask too many questions but when I do they were very helpful to give me answers. I was not in a hurry of the process (I was busy at work and other commitments as well) so was not pushy on progress, but from time to time Leaders kept me on informed only the progress anyway, which I can only comment it was decent and thankful. After completion I discovered few things about the house which I had only wished Leaders could "proactively" let me know about, but by legal they are bounded to tell clients what they know so I can only assume they did't know rather than thinking "they were on seller side". It would be nice and make them an excellect EA if they conduct their own evaluation form both buy/sell prospective rather then depending on information they were told and asked. In conclusion I think they are good and their services can even improved to make them better.... Read more
