We had a really good experience with Lewes estates. They are personable and easy to get in touch with. It is so much better dealing with a local firm who understands Lewes and the area than one of the bigger chains. We have used Lewes estates twice now and are very happy to recommend them and if we move in Lewes we will be using them again. We would be much more likely to buy a house sold by Lewes estates also because we know it would be easier than with the other firms.

We were really impressed with Lewes Estates, there was none of the usual waffle just sensible advice which proved successful. They found us a buyer who was equally great to deal with, we had quite a difficult time with our purchase (not through Lewes Estates I might add, we moved out of area) and the team really helped us see the move through. When all is said and done really happy with how things went. Would highly recommend and would use again.

Best in town - will never use a corporate agent again, Independent agents for me from now on, no pressure to use their preferred solicitors or mortgage advisers just focused on finding me a property and gave me good advice when I needed it. Very happy I brought through them (after my first purchase with another agent fell through) will certainly be calling them to use them when I decide to sell but hopefully not for a few years yet!

I found Lewes Estates through searching for property in Lewes via Google and was expecting the usual dull English Estate Agent, although their varied selection of quality properties caught my eye .I met a number of local firms and my opinion continued to prove the Stigma to be the rule .
However , i found Lewes Estates to be a refreshing change in its approach to customer care and the needs of a potential buyer.
It is rare these days to find a company so driven yet approachable. I met various staff who were both knowledgable and friendly. It was clear visiting their high street office that this was a company that had thought about their image. I am from China and have purchased many high net worth properties and investment portfolios whilst representing a number of very successful private equity firms .
I am now purchasing a lovely period house in the heart of Lewes and my clients are delighted with their new investment. My thanks to everyone for their help and guidance.
