They moved quickly to get the photos live which helped generate viewings, and they kept me in the loop consistently with updates on feedback, interest levels, and next steps. What stood out most was how proactive they were — they didn’t just “list it and hope,” they actually drove things forward. I’d happily recommend them.

It was a pleasure being supported by Matt on, at times, a daily basis and his calm, pragmatic approach made a huge difference in some stressful times. They also went above and beyond on a particular matter which impressed us hugely and demonstrated that it's not just about the bottom line. We will be returning to Fine & Country when we're next selling again (hopefully not for 10+ years though!).

We are so grateful to the team, and especially Jo Eldridge, for their attention to detail and commitment. Selling and buying a home is a huge milestone and can be quite eventful. However, our experience has ended successfully - moving into our dream home because of the team's dedication and relentless pursuit to advocate for their client the whole time. There has never been a time where our needs, queries or support weren't answered immediateness & the whole process made us feel high-priority. Your Move Brighton delivered the same high standards that I had become used to. Dominique and Joshua let the property quickly and efficiently with consistent and timely communication. 18th Feb 2026 (28 days ago)By all means, do view your desired property with Cubitt and West. They have some nice, helpful, people working with them who were extremely accommodating. Sadly, our experience was ruined by the sale process, where their recommended conveyancer (DC Law), with whom they claimed to have a very close business relationship, turned out to be totally incompetent and irresponsible. Moreover, the Sales Progressor from Cubitt and West only served to disrupt communications, confuse the process and be highly dismissive when we tried to express how we wanted to proceed. This resulted in consequential losses of thousands of pounds and a lot of unnecessary distress. My recommendation, therefore, is to arrange your own legal advice, and block out the Sales Progressor from the process entirely. Block their email address and phone number if you need to! You will be much better off and have far more control over the process, as ours seemed to only be interested in cashing in their commission.

Henry Adams arbitrarily decided to base income requirements for renting off net income, contrary to best practice and what every other estate agent follows to do referencing. Maria is completely clueless over the phone and doesn't seem to know what she's talking about. They also love to act like they have no control over anything and it's all out of their hands. You guys are the ones doing referencing, you are the ones who set what you take into account and what platforms you use. I would avoid if you don't want to have to deal with weeks of stress for no reason, never had an experience this terrible in all my years of renting.

He was efficient, communicated clearly, and kept me regularly updated throughout. I always knew what was happening and what the next steps were, which gave me real confidence in the process. He also took the time to explain everything along the way, which I really appreciated. A big thank you as well to Charity, who was very kind, helpful, and supportive throughout the process. Overall, a very positive experience and I’m really grateful for all the support from the team at Cow & Co.

Robin and Jo in particular were excellent and we really appreciate their unstinting efforts to see us through to completion of our sale.- 1st Mar 2026 (17 days ago)I had such a great experience with Oakfield Estate agents in Uckfield when selling my house. I found them the right combination of honest and ambitious in setting a price for my home and we managed to sell within three working days of going on the market with a price I was most happy with and that was more than I thought we could achieve. Communication with them was great and their advice on what I could do to help sell my home quickly was sound and most helpful. I’m very glad I chose them.
