We were kept informed of all and any developments and treated as if we were their only client. Very personable service from Lloyd and always very responsive to our many thoughts and ideas. After not moving for over 41 years Lloyd made this a relatively easy, pleasant experience. Lloyd also really made sure he knew all the details about our house so he could answer all questions put to him by any prospective buyers, which was not the same for several other estate agents in the area that we went to see properties with. So all in all a very positive and pleasant experience in something that is not always that easy to go through, and if want a more personal approach to selling your home, these are the guys to go with.

Highly recommend using Lloyd Young Homes, id not heard of him origunally but met at 1st viewing. Unfortunately I didnt get offer accepted on the 1st place I wanted but he went out of his way to find something else which was perfect in the end!
Relaxed and not pushy from day 1 which is a huge selling point in my eyes! Buying or selling, make sure you sign up with Lloyd!

Lloyd Young Homes were very quick and useful when me and my flatmate were first moving in with the contract being sorted within a week or so as we were the first viewers. Once living there they were always around on the Whatsapp Group if we had any questions. They kept their distance and respected our privacy greatly and were not at all overbearing. Highly Reccommend!

Lloyd Young Homes certainly operates a different approach to the traditional estate agents -much more targeted with more concentration on matching buyers and sellers. It certainly worked for us and we sold in double quick time! Quality, professional photography, early contact ( pre- general marketing) with identified potential buyers and a more interesting brochure style added to the usual RightMove approaches created immediate interest and an early sale. Added to this Lloyd himself is professional, personable and effective.

There were a few hiccups from our end with buyers pulling out but Lloyd was calm and collected as well as very patient and we got there in the end!

Lloyd has been amazing through this whole progress. As first time buyers it’s a daunting but exciting time, and after completing viewings with other companies Lloyd was above all. From the first viewing he was very helpful, professional and made us feel at ease, without the feeling of him just there to make a quick buck. Lloyd is very down to earth, and relaxed creating an aura of comfort. He knows his stuff very well and if there is a question he couldn’t answer there and then, he would go away and find out in a swift manner. We found Lloyd to be very positive and proactive about the marketing of our property. He gave us an excellent appraisal taking plenty of time to look the property over and advised a valuation very much in line with two of the other four agents we had invited round. It also proved to be pitched on par with what we sold the property for. Another nice touch is his approach to communicating with his vendors. We were able to drop him a line and get a prompt response long after normal closing time. Lloyd secured an excellent buyer 2 weeks after going on the market. I will recommend him to all!

Renting your property out is always a stressful experience but using Lloyd Young Homes alleviated many of these stresses.
Lloyd found me a good tenant quickly and managed to increase my rent price. He managed all of the legal aspects and gave me a concise list of what was required, then booked in the relevant tradesmen to complete what was needed. All I had to do was answer the door to them!
Lloyd gives me regular updates and I never have to chase him for answers.
Lloyd is very approachable and professional and I feel safe leaving him in charge of the management of my property.

By far the best estate agents around! Trying to buy a house in the current climate is so hard and I have found most estate agents to be rude, and have no care for the buyers, everything is rushed, without them thinking that for many, this is a life changing decision. But Lloyd was very different, took his time, got to know me, saw my vision and didn’t push me. I love the way he’s working at the moment. Lloyd Young spends time getting to know the wishes of both buyers and sellers.
He has good contacts with builders and removal companies etc. This helps all sides to decide more quickly if they want to proceed.
He keeps on top of things and if necessary checks up and down a chain to see where the hold up is.
He gets that being helpful to all parties is the best way to reduce stress and increase the likelihood of a successful house move.
