They seem to only be a 4-5 star letting agent if you are a landlord or seller. If you are renting with them good luck to you. Really slow response times, been without a washing machine for months, reported it as per procedure and they did send someone to see it, the guy told me it is indeed broken and he’ll get back to us/them, and have heard nothing since! Having to do my laundry by hand since before the new year, it is depressing. Hoping that they will one day remember we have been paying rent on time for 8 years without any issues and have done our best to keep the property in good condition. Tried to phone about this before the holidays and some guy answered, didn’t even give his name and hung up halfway thru me trying to ask about this issue, I even made sure to call outside of lunch time to make sure nobody was inconvenienced! I understand that they manage alot of properties and it is probably not easy. They probably do their best but there really should be a faster reaction to fixing something as necessary as a washing machine that did come with the flat. Just really sad, but what else can you do, leaving an honest review I suppose

Really disappointed in rental service.
Property was filthy when we moved in and required several things to be fixed/sorted all of which took persistent chasing for over a month/2 months to get sorted. All of the issues had been raised prior to rental agreement and had been agreed to be sorted ahead of our move in date, examples are: a simple lick of paint as walls were filthy, dishwasher needing replaced as broken, oven being cleaned, carbon monoxide alarm being updated as out of date, wardrobe doors, bedroom doors fixed as not able to open/shut)
Luckily we had no problems following this and didn't need to deal with them throughout our tenancy.
When we moved out we struggled to get any communication regarding our deposit despite leaving the property in significantly better condition than when we moved in. After weeks of radio silence we eventually got the deposit back through the Safe Deposit Scotland once the 40+5 default days had passed as per Safe Deposit Scotland policy.

Very disorganised. Despite being told we was top applicants for a property and changing our move in date to accommodate, they told us they 'picked who applied first' because the person dealing with the property was 'off sick'. Our application was slightly later (still on the same day of receiving), was because they had spelt our email address wrong on the original forms they sent to us.
We also had to chase numerous times about the application (after we was told on Friday we were the top applicants), despite being told multiple times we will get a call back.
The lady we spoke to was called Lisa.

I turned to Lomond Property for a rental when my house purchase fell through at short notice. We weren't the easiest customers, having two dogs. I dealt with Joyce who was super helpful and negotiated a let with a landlord that originally did not allow pets.
A viewing was arranged, but on the day, my purchase was unexpectedly resurrected and I phoned to cancel the viewing. Despite having put in a lot of effort to find me a house to rent, Joyce was very nice about our cancellation.
I am grateful to Joyce and Lomond Property for the professional and caring way they dealt with me. I have no hesitation in highly recommending Lomond Property.
