My experience of Guru’s sales team is good. However, the property management team is very rude and would not help the tenants solve the problems after you rent the property. They only asked the tenants for money.

Litterally AMAZING! I've used plenty of other estate agents in the past and they are not a patch on LONDON PROPERTY GURU. I was moving into a new home , this guys made the whole process so easy and stress free. Mithu are readily available via email and whats app. Brilliant service. Transparent. Professional. And I LOVE my new apartment.He made me feel very comfortable and instantly settled, and this guy is really able to solve everything. Would DEFINITELY recommend, especially over all other estate agents in the UK.

Malina and Mithu were prompt and efficient in searching for a suitable apartment for my family. They were also extremely professional in handling the contract and went the extra mile to make sure our needs were taken care of. Absolutely AMAZING! I've used plenty of other estate agents in the past and they are not a patch on LPG. I was moving into a new home and had to do so REMOTELY. LPG made the whole process so easy and stress free. Malina and Mithu were readily available via email and whats app. Brilliant service. Transparent. Professional. And I LOVE my new apartment - an apartment I moved into without ever viewing it in person! They made me feel very comfortable and instantly settled. We needed to find a place fast! Malina and the team managed to get everything in place by Friday and simultaneously orchestrate it all over the weekend to have everything in place for a move in by midweek the following week. They were understanding about the timeframe and kept a cool to the very last minute. Ever since they've been understanding, helpful and quick to act.

In the 20 years I've been renting I have never come across a lettings negotiator as polite and professional as Malina! Malina went above and beyond to make sure we found the right property and once we found the flat Patrycja and Sarah supported us with all the documents and move in details. I rented from these guys 3 years ago. Awful. They knowingly moved me into a property with rats. The landlord didn't want to pay thousands to have the problem fixed... Hide the rat poison (leave property fallow for 2 weeks); wait for tenant to discover rats; add more rat poison. Don't show any remorse.

We just rented our first apartment in London, all thanks to Malina's support. She was professional and extremely helpful. She was quick in booking viewings of places we were interested in, but she also offered alternatives that still met our expectations.
Malina, and the rest of the team that dealt with us, Kavita, and Costa were always friendly and responsive. They made every effort possible to resolve our questions and ensure that we got the place we wanted.

Extremely poor service. Very clearly told this estate agent on several occasions that I would not have a contract of employment. We were told it was fine to proceed with a guarantor.
Told to get all referencing sent in 24 hours later otherwise the referencing company would ‘lose interest’. (Despite us paying a fee!!). The woman that represented the referencing process in London Property Guru was very unprofessional. She completely contradicted her colleague who had told us a guarantor would be fine.
She was very patronising, and told me I had
‘misrepresented’ myself. She shared the rest of the groups starting salaries openly. She told me not to pick up the phone to her colleague any more and to only listen to her. I pointed out how highly unprofessional this was and requested to speak to her manager. She told me she did not have a manager and was her own boss. Needless to say, the branch manager, Costa, was surprised to hear this. Costa was the only individual in this whole process that was helpful and professional.
We later failed the referencing and got told we had lost the house. Bizarrely, the referencing company rang us asking obscure questions about our finances and tax returns (incredibly probing and in depth). We noted that we had lost the house and the referencing company said this was the first they had heard of it. We lost our holding fee of £500.
All in all, very unprofessional, delving too far into and sharing personal info. The good reviews seem to be fake - pay attention to the bad ones!

Highly recommended if you’re looking for a effective, efficient and professional estate agency. Experienced in all domains including letting the property within a few viewings, effective marketing and property management a seamless service. I’ve dealt with other outfits in my time but a big thumbs up to the team at Londonpropertyguru, they respond uber quick and outshine the rest! Thanks to Zeena in property management side for dealing with references, contracts and payments. Needless to say a big thanks to Ed and his team in proving yet again they are miles ahead of the rest.

We decided to make an offer for one of the properties LPG were offering to rent - within 48 hours our offer had been agreed and Zeena was in touch to arrange the referencing. Ten days later we signed the lease and moved in. Zeena did a great job - fast and efficient throughout - great telephone manner and nothing was to much trouble. I have no hesitation in recommending LPG or Zeena, give them a try you won't be disappointed.

Bad, stressful experience. Didn't trust them (especially when they fed me a line about their software not working if the monies weren't received!) and so lost out on a flat I really liked. Given only 24hrs to complete all the reference checks and was asked to pay upfront rent before the references were passed or had a tenancy agreement. When I refused to meet their timescales I was told I would lose the £500 'commitment fee' although they never provided written terms or conditions for this. However they thankfully agreed to returning £250. Unprofessional and best avoided.

Unprofessional outfit who don't care about customer service. Had a complaint about my neighbour's property and nearly a week later it's not resolved. No call back despite promises to. Staff I spoke to were patronising and condescending. Have heard their estate agent shouting in the house next to mine. All in all, just a terrible experience and I'm not even dealing with them for my house. NEVER would.
