25th Sep 2024 (2 years ago)Overall, the feedback was when agent was chased for updates but didn’t find them very proactive. The agent didn’t sell the property despite being on the market for over a year, however other market factors were in place so it’s not all attributed to agent’s performance.

27th Sep 2026 (30 days ago)We had such a positive experience with MBL Estates. From viewing the flat right through to the two years we lived there, they were always so kind, helpful and responsive. They were always quick to sort out any issues whenever they arose, although thankfully there were very few.<br><br>They were also so flexible and supportive when we were moving out of the flat to buy our first home, which we really appreciated during what was quite a big transition for us.<br><br>A lovely family-run business and a pleasure to deal with - thanks so much to Grace and the team for all your support over the last couple of years!
7th Nov 2022 (3 years ago)Worst experience ever. Please avoid Dexter if you can. 2 days at 15 degrees. 6 weeks back and forward with maitenance team. Gas leak in between. Boiler still not working. Bad management and worst professionalism and rude communication. Manager office said in writting: “if you don’t like you are welcomed to leave the property” in reference to not have warm water or heater. They only provided electric heater the first time at 15 degrees because we requested. Second time, second day at 15 degrees and still non-responsive.
