Completely unreliable. I contacted them about a rental property as soon as it got on the market. Was told to leave my details and they would contact me to arrange a viewing which I did. I sent them an email with all the information they requested as well. I have been calling them since then and never got a response to my calls or emails. There are much better tenant-friendly, responsive and transparent estate agents out there.... Read more
