I contacted the company and was booked in to view a property. After a few days I saw that it said no longer on the market on Rightmove so I called them and asked for them to confirm if it had been sold as I was booked in to view and was told Susanna would call me back. I heard nothing so I called again the day before my viewing and again left a message for Susanna to confirm as u don't want to waste my time going if its sold and once again didn't hear anything. I won't be booking any viewing with this estate agents again... Read more

Due to an error form right move been booked for some other property to view and instead of apologies to us the agent Darren become very aggressive and arrogant! He even bang on my car door once my wife said to him that if he can not prove that she requested the viewing by email he will need to compensate us for wasting our time!! Very unprofessional service so be careful with him.... Read more

Paul Stripp, their agent was very proactive and personable. He had some excellent ideas for marketing the property using Facebook and modern methods. He used drone footage for the views of the outside shots and the interior photos and description were very good. The property sold within an hour of going live and he worked hard to maintain good contact between all the parties during the sale. A very successful transaction.... Read more
