We had a brilliant experience with Lewis from start to finish. Buying our first home was a big step for us, but he made the whole process feel straightforward and stress-free.
He was always approachable, down to earth, and quick to respond to any questions we had (and we had plenty!). Nothing ever felt like too much trouble. He kept us updated throughout and made sure everything moved along smoothly.

Have just listed my House with Ria at Mann Gillingham, and they sold it within 2 weeks at a tough time in the market to sell! The whole team at Mann was approachable, kind, and supportive. Before showing my house to potential buyers, Angel and Demi—who handled the viewings—even stopped by beforehand to ask any questions they thought might arise so they could respond knowledgeably.
On viewing days, although it was raining, they politely asked buyers to remove their shoes (which I noticed on my Ring doorbell), and when I returned home, they apologised for any water that may have been left on the kitchen floor from wet shoes after visiting the garden. What really made an impression was how respectful they were.
I want to express my appreciation for Ria, Angel, and Demi at Mann for their professionalism, friendliness, and exceptional service—I highly recommend them.

My experience with Mann Gillingham was the worst I’ve had with any estate agent. I felt completely pressured and manipulated throughout the process. Ria Strugnell, the branch manager, told me I wouldn’t get the property unless I went through their mortgage broker, which came across as blackmail.
Their focus seemed entirely on money, not customer care. No welcome card, no gesture when I moved in, just stress and pressure from start to finish. Avoid at all costs.
If you’re looking for a smooth, respectful renting or buying process, I strongly suggest looking elsewhere.

We are half way through the process of buying our very first home, we approached a number of estate agents, but ria at mann gillingham was by far the most welcoming! We booked to view our first house with ria and fell in love with it, ria was so professional and then talked us through the process of putting an offer in on the property. Explaining each step of the way.

Mann sold my house for me. I approached three estate agents but it was immediately obvious to me that Richard was actually interested in me and my house and I had no hesitation in choosing them. Great service and would definitely use again. I'm very big on being kept updated as well as being able to contact them. The phone was always answered within moments and if the person I wanted wasn't available, they would call back in a very reasonable time frame. The same with emails, they where always repsonded to very quickly. I experienced very different when trying to buy from other estate agents and having to leave a message with a main switch board and always having to chase. Mann was the complete opposite and played a big role in why we purchased our property and not one from another estate agent.
We had no issues throughout the process. Eva, Richard and Darren where all very helpful and polite each time we spoke and it was nice to he able to have a laugh with them aswell.
We went from offer accepted to completion within 9 weeks and Manns efficiency played a major role in that including answering the phone on a bank holiday which again, others we tried to contact didn't. Or ever called back Fryer leaving a message.

Do not touch this company! On false advertising relating to the 'service promise' and verbal sales pitch we stupidly signed the contract to sell a property. For minimum service we spent over £6000, which worked out extremely overinflated and extortionate. Despite an appeal, we have been offered £50 goodwill!! The 'investigation' is internal and all we were told is we signed the contract and that DOES NOT include any service. We would have not signed the contract if it had not been for the promised service! They have replaced the rip-off double glazing companies with how they conduct their business!!

Using this estate agent cost me thousands of pounds. If they offer you services through their 'panel', refuse. As soon as things start to go wrong, they will advise you to stick with their business partners. It is understandable that things go wrong sometimes but for a sale to take 11 months and then to be told that you arent entitled to some sort of refund or discount is laughable. From my experience, this estate agent only serves their owns needs. As soon as there are issues (caused by the estate agent or otherwise), the customers needs come second.
