Morgan showed me around a property a few months ago, and I thought she was knowledgeable about the market and had good ideas about potential property renovation. She was also a good communicator in my opinion, so I was always clear how likely my bids were to be successful, and what the thoughts of the vendor were. Good job!

I've recently completed a property sale which was being marketed by Mann.
Mark and Riley were fantastic to deal with. Both were friendly, professional and always responsive to any questions we had. At various times, they also played a key role in keeping things moving between solicitors, helping to push the admin (and sale) along.
Both Mark & Riley and Mann were very easy to deal with and I would certainly recommend them to others looking to buy and sell a property.

We recently purchased our first home through Mann Estate Agent Grove Green. As I'm sure everyone can imagine when buying a property, we had some pitfalls along the way (none related to Mann at all I should add, and Mann being our saviour in my case). Martin was always happy to help and went the extra mile during our purchase and tapped into his vast knowledge of the surrounding area, even to the point of knowing the house builders for houses built over 30 years ago. I truly believe had it not been for Martin's efforts during my transaction it would have fallen through (again, no fault of Mann's) and I would have been back to square one. Our house move wasn't a simple one. It took over a year to finally move house and the team at Grove Green stuck with us through it all, without any drop in customer service or attention.
By the end I was heavily pregnant, in & out of hospital, and desperate to move before the birth. The Grove Green team worked do hard to ensure we could move before we had him - one week before in fact.
Unfortunately on the day of the move, it all stopped and the move nearly fell through (no fault of the Grove Green team!), we were homeless and having to put our furniture into a garage until we knew what was happening. I can safely say it was one of the worst times of our life BUT in that time the team at Mann really went above and beyond to help us. All of them helped but Abbie was simply amazing - she didn't rest until we walked into our house, and for that we are eternally grateful. Our little boy arrived 5 days later.
If you want an estate agent who will be on your side, choose Mann Grove Green

We met Mann at a couple of property viewings prior to purchasing our new house. They were helpful, knowledgeable about the area and the properties and friendly. Through great communication we were informed of when the house we were interested in had come back onto the market and then we got the ball rolling. We had a very complex chain but throughout it all Mann pushed on our behalf to get this moving as much as possible. We would definitely use Mann again in the future if we were to move.

We were relocating from Windsor to Maidstone to be closer to family. From our first meeting with Sam, we were impressed. She is knowledgeable about the area, passionate about the houses she sells and most importantly, keen to sell us the right property. Sam bent over backwards for us, squeezing in appointments wherever she could; she knew we had limited availability because of our location in Windsor.
Throughout the process (which involved us selling our house in Windsor 3 times!), Sam was patient, communicative, helpful and even gave us advice on progressing our sale, as well as the purchase. She was actively involved in chasing solicitors at both ends to ensure that the chain kept moving and didn't collapse. Despite some challenges along the way, Sam remained friendly, positive and always kept her sense of humour!
Although we have no plans to sell our new home for a number of years, we would have absolutely no hesitation in going back to Mann and Co, and Sam in particular.

Avoid for mortgage services! Unfortunately we had a bad experience using Countrywide’s Mortgage services at Mann’s Grove Green branch. Our case was originally assigned to Guy who after two months, still hadn’t completed the relevant paperwork to apply to the lender, the paperwork he had completed was incorrect. To put the cherry on the cake Guy then divulged personal information to a family member (who was also using Guy for their mortgage). Our case was then handed over to Stuart, who was very pleasant and friendly, however, another one who didn’t seem to just get on with anything, Stuart asked a lot of over personal questions and seemed overly concerned about things that simply didn’t concern the application and made things very protracted. We changed mortgage advisors completely (the Medway Mortgage Shop) and couldn’t recommend them enough, within one week they had done more than Countrywide had done in three months!

Sam communicated endlessly on our behalf with those within the complex chain and with other relevant agencies, providing us with constant updates as required. Sam excelled herself, putting so much time and effort into liaising up and down the chain, often in challenging circumstances and within pressurised time frames. She always had us, the client's, at the forefront of her mind and remained positive and motivated throughout, ensuring a successful end goal was achieved.
