15th Oct 2024 (2 years ago)Keeran, Jason and the team were great! Went over and above!
17th Oct 2026 (10 days ago)Disappointed with poor customer service. Wasted two months in referencing process for letting a small room in a shared house. asking for NI number , bank statements, and bank details of the whole family for renting.
I will never recommend this estate agent to anyone for renting or buying a property .
11th Aug 2026 (11 weeks ago)Myself and my partner moved into a Wright & Co property last month and have had a very pleasant experience through the whole moving in process! Thank you ever so much to John and Maxine for all your help!
8th Oct 2026 (19 days ago)Thank you to Joe & Mat and the rest of the Grey Fox team, they were brilliant, that’s the second time we have used Grey Fox and both times they were helpful and professional. We sold our house in Kent to relocate to West Sussex, a process which was quite daunting, however, they were supportive through the whole process.

7th Feb 2022 (4 years ago)A lovely small local company. Such a shame they never sold our last home. Communication was always good and could phone the branch, get straight through and they all knew who we were (not in a bad way). To be fair to them the property was not in the most desirable area to most buyers so do not think they were at fault for not selling (was on with 2 agents after first 4 weeks with just them). No fee as never sold but was very competitive and also included a free epc
15th Jul 2026 (15 weeks ago)This team are just amazing, friendly, polite and very professional at all times, always there to guide and help, could not of wished for a better service, all round lovely people
27th Aug 2026 (9 weeks ago)The whole experience has been simple with good communication, the whole team have been helpful and supportive. Even though we had one fall through the team done their best to filter out tire kickers. Hopefully the sale completes as planned, would definitely recommend, I have now purchased and sold properties through different branches of RMJ .
19th Oct 2026 (8 days ago)Buying a house isn’t always easy, and our journey had its challenges, but the team at Ward made a real difference.
Nancy made us feel welcome from the start, while Hannah was amazing throughout. Kim’s outstanding help and dedication were truly invaluable, and without her support, the sale wouldn’t have been possible.
We’re so grateful to all three for going above and beyond. They’re a real credit to Ward, and we couldn’t recommend them enough!
11th Sep 2026 (7 weeks ago)Pollards provided a warm, personal, responsive and professional service for my house sale. I can’t recommend them enough and am extremely grateful to Dawn, Darren, Michael, Julia and the rest of the team for all of their hard work. Couldn’t recommend them more.
15th Oct 2026 (12 days ago)Extremely Unprofessional, Disrespectful and Humiliating Experience

I am extremely disappointed and disgusted by the way we were treated by Goldex Property Management in Gillingham. This has been one of the most unpleasant and humiliating experiences we have ever had when dealing with a letting agency.

We were genuinely interested in renting a property and were ready to proceed with the necessary arrangements. However, instead of being treated with fairness, honesty and professionalism, we were left feeling completely disrespected and humiliated.

We were given the strong impression that the agency had already decided which tenant they preferred and was attempting to persuade the landlord to choose that person.

We wasted our valuable time and energy dealing with this agency, only to be left feeling deeply disappointed and insulted.

I would strongly advise anyone considering renting through Goldex Property Management in Gillingham to be extremely cautious. Based on our experience, I have absolutely no confidence in their professionalism, fairness or the way they treat prospective tenants.
11th Sep 2026 (7 weeks ago)Excellent service from Connells. Alex and Sarina were very supportive throughout the whole process, from finding a suitable tenant for my property to keeping me regularly updated. I really appreciate their help and professionalism and would highly recommend them.
3rd Aug 2026 (12 weeks ago)From start to finish, Ruth has been absolutely fantastic. She made what could have been a very stressful move so much easier with her professionalism, kindness and excellent communication. Nothing was ever too much hassle, and she was always happy to answer our questions and keep us updated every step of the way.
We're so grateful for all of her hard work in helping us secure our new home. Thank you, Ruth, for going above and beyond. We couldn't have asked for a better estate agent, and we'd highly recommend you to anyone looking to move- 21st Oct 2026 (6 days ago)I have known Ward & partners as it was known then when I was a nipper wearing shorts ??????
So for me it was natural that I would use a long standing and well recognised established estate agent ??????
We started the process in March 2026, Wards done their thing, exactly what there expertise is, selling houses. It's now nearing the end of October 2026 and I'm pleased to say it's been sold.
Everything has gone smoothly with very little hiccups.
All the team at Wards have been absolutely lovely, especially Judy who has given me updates and necessary information as and when.
I would whole heartedly recommend Wards if you need to sell your property, they don't hang around ??????
7th Jan 2026 (9 mo. ago)The help in selling the house was excellent. Very professional and would be happy to recommend them.
13th Jan 2025 (1 year ago)Value of property from P property was recommended 270 which I felt was low. Decided to sell @ 280 as thought property was worth that. Luckily that’s the price I was offered. Abbie very good at her job on attending viewing. How ever very disappointed on communication & advertising Didn’t feel enough was done to promote the property felt that it had gone stagnant. Only one viewing at first back in September & second not until this Saturday 11th January. no phone call in between to reassure me that I could possible sell my house
12th May 2026 (24 weeks ago)Really happy with the service we’ve had so far. We viewed the Property and moved in within about a week. Sarah was excellent. The team are very reactive and quick to call back/chase things. I had a few things that needed sorting after moving in and they had contractors in the same/next day.

29th Oct 2024 (1 year ago)5 starts isn't enough for this estate agents! I am so grateful to rafike and his entire team for helping us sell our property. I could not have asked for a better service from the whole team. This is a team that really cares about their customers and they are so friendly and welcoming from the moment you step through their door. I will be forever grateful not just for their service but for being so kind and caring! Thankyou again to all of you! :)
16th Oct 2026 (11 days ago)Bought a house with these guys. Always professional, responsive and a real pleasure to work with. No hesitation to use them in the future. Big thanks to Kieran and Cerys for putting up with me!- 29th Nov 2024 (1 year ago)On the ball, capable, and competent. Pleasure to work with on viewings, and nailed down our requirements quickly and efficiently. Excellent communication throughout the process.
12th Jun 2026 (20 weeks ago)LambornHill are simply the very best. Highly recommended. They work tirelessly for us. We were sat on the market since November 2015??. We out of all the agents in the area we randomly picked them. They sold our house in 2 weeks. What more can I add Joe Carey is a very confident man and knows his stuff . I /we are just lost for words.
6th Jun 2026 (20 weeks ago)We have been on the market since last year. We had views but unfortunately there were no serious buyers. Things were getting slow and no secured buyers coming forward. However we received no negative comments regarding our property. As a matter of fact they were all very positive. We decided it was time maybe to change estate agent. We met with Joe Carey one of the Branch Manager and everything changed for us. Joe was so kind, knowledgeable, confident, reassuring and we felt so relaxed that we made the right call. We didn’t stay on the market long enough to get to know him and his team. Joe reassured us that our property would be sold. But we didn’t think within 2 weeks. We just want to thank Joe and Kate and the team for their hard work . We would definitely recommend them. We have so much faith and trust and they just did all the hard work with such dedication. Many thanks to an outstanding team for making us and so many able to start a new chapter in our lives.
