I feel misled by this agency. Firstly, they got me into renting a flat with cracked windows. When I raised the issue, they first dismissed it, claiming that the previous agent who handled the letting had left and they couldn’t take responsibility until i had to demand. On top of that, the flat I rented has a serious rat problem, and the agency does absolutely nothing to assist tenant with this. I would not recommend working with them to find your next home.

I spoke first on the phone and then met Tegan that showed me some apartments in London W8. She was not only very nice and pleasant but also very professional. I felt she was also listening to my ideas and requirements about the apartment I needed. She wasn't pushing in a bad way, but very enthusiastic to show me the possibilities I could find in the area I preferred.

In November 2025, I needed to find a place to live in London for one full year.
By chance, I came across your property, and I visited the office with my mother to seek advice. That was when I met Finn.
As a foreigner, the language barrier made everything feel difficult and intimidating. I relied heavily on Google Translate, which was not always enough to convey my thoughts clearly. Despite this, Finn did everything he could to understand me—using every possible way to communicate with patience and sincerity.
There were many documents required for the contract, and the process was not simple. Still, he never rushed me. He waited, step by step, and most importantly, he trusted me. Throughout the process, he remained highly professional, genuinely kind, and deeply considerate.
One moment that left a lasting impression on me was when I visited the office with my mother. Not only Finn, but the other staff members were also incredibly warm and welcoming. When I needed to use a computer, they even tried to support a Korean language setting, and everyone stepped forward to help me without hesitation.
I was truly moved by their kindness. I felt respect, not just gratitude.
They were the very first people who helped me settle into life in the UK, and I will never forget that.
I will gladly recommend your agency to my friends, and I will always remember and appreciate those who helped me during such an important moment in my life.

- 2 months rent prepayment and deposit not given back by the landlord. And Marsh & Parsons Kensington are still marketing the property (22 Marloes Rd).
- Prepaid the rent for 15 months, landlord cut the contract short 2 months before it ended. Then ghosted messages.
- Changed the flat one week before I moved in. Making me accept a room worse than what I wanted, leaving me with no choice coming from abroad.
- Gave false information regarding laundry room. There was no laundry room when they posted online and agent said verbally that there is a laundry room.
- Landlord is very unresponsive in problems or messages. Impossible to contact. Agent knew about this.
- Agent ignored messages after making the sale.
I don't usually do this, but is leaving me with no choice. I can't make a review on the landlord as well, since there is no company registered here. Also avoid 22 Marloes Road or Greater Global Limited.
(+) Agent was nice before the sale, speedy process. (Only at the start).
(+) Some members were helpful to help with contract review and following up with landlord.

1 star is even to much for this branch. All started very well, very nice help and etc. Once we agreed an offer, which actually wasn't accurate the estate agent added £25 a month without consent. they asked for 7 months rent upfront within 24 hours? £25.000 be sent, for a flat that I was gonna move in 2-3 months! when I told them that's nonsense they said were gonna rent the flat to someone else. after this this contacted me and said if security deposit paid straight away it was fine if I pay it in a week. I told them that I was gonna pay in full a few days before moving, and the arrogant lady told me I HAD TO send it when they said it. this arrogant lady was telling me what to do with my money and apparently knows better how to use my bank than I do.
After this, no replies for weeks from Kevin who actually just spam calls you for every small thing. Do not recommend, greedy company trying to secure the money as soon as possible to lock in their bonus. oh yeah when you do 6 monthly, be aware they want you to pay in month 4 again the 6 months as they are desperate for more money.
Please stay away from these money grabbing crooks. and when you ask for your deposit they ignore you.

[I recently rented a one bed in Kensington] - admittedly the renting paperwork process ended up being a lot longer and demanding than I initially expected, but Tom from the lettings team at Marsh & Parsons was so helpful and made everything work. Tom is very professional and experienced, and his expertise combined with his great attitude enabled me to find a property that suited all my needs, which I was previously struggling to find in the area. If anyone wants to rent in the area, I would highly recommend Tom; he is super responsive and is one of the few agents I have met who really cares about doing a good job! Renting can be a tough process and having a good agent who can apply their skills to help you find what you need makes all the difference.

I had the most unfortunate experience renting 12 Troy court, so much that it caused me to have a mental breakdown due to the landlord and representatives from Marsh and Parsons, entering my flat without my consent, and being see on VIDEO stealing my personal belongings, spying on me, accessing my personal information, planting a virus in my computer and withholding funds. For 3 weeks they made my life a living hell!!!!
It go so bad that after 5 months, I had to leave because the harassment from the landlord made me suicidal!
I am now in the process of filing a police report and retaining legal counsel as I am forever traumatized

I had called to book a viewing for a flat in Holland Park but Elliot and Tom from Marsh and Parsons really went above and beyond in helping me find a flat. They booked another three properties that fit my criteria and took me on a mini viewing tour of the area. It was really helpful to compare in one session and get a feel of the area. I had 2 sets of visits in the past week - one visit, the agent never showed up and never informed me of her not showing up and as a consequence waited 25 minutes in the cold (negative temperatures at the time) and the week before an other agent did not have the keys for one of the properties (which I could not visit as a consequence) and I had to wait 15 minutes for her to get the keys for another property. Very poor service. Really disappointed with my experience here. I went to view a house and put in an offer the same day, I chased a three times to find out if we had got the house and heard nothing. I have only heard back 3 days later to find out our offer was declined and someone else got the house on the day of offer. I think we should have been informed of this as we were waiting to here.

Had the pleasure of flat hunting with Manon Laurent a couple weeks ago. Truly a breath of fresh air compared to the treatment you may find from other letting agents in London. The properties we viewed were remarkably well matched and although we had a couple of unexpected problems here and there (made for some funny stories!), Manon dealt with it quickly and professionally. All in all, a very pleasant afternoon driving around West Central London with some terrific company, with the added bonus of viewing some lovely flats! If you are looking to rent a property in the area, I strongly recommend her personally!

I walked into the Marsh and Parsons office in early 2014 as I was looking for an estate agent to sell my mother's flat when it became necessary. I live overseas so I didn't have much time. I was given their name along with three others by an owner of a flat in the same building.
Craig Tonkin came by the same day to view the property and gave a valuation by letter. When the time came to sell the flat a year later we worked with Rose Holden on the daily work of listing and showing the property. I was impressed with how quickly their team organized the listing and published the photographs on the multiple websites.
They actually came to the flat and organized it since we had already returned to the US. We had multiple showings and several viable offers within days.When it came to establishing fees, they were forthright and fair.
The flat was sold quickly and the price came right on target with Mr. Tonkin's original valuation.
I would highly recommend the Marsh and Parson's Organization as they are well connected and have a firm grasp on their market. This is what gets the job done.

I have been looking for a property for a bit and would say I'm fairly picky because I like to stick with a property for several years. Over time my search criteria has changed and I decided that instead of the Chelsea and Kensington area Battersea and Clapham would be more cost effective. Oliver Paissoni, who was the agent showing me properties from the start went out of his way to put me through to the Clapham office where I am now talking to Sharn.
During my property search I have seen properties with a dozen agents and have found Marsh and Parsons right there on top in terms of service, search and above all consideration. Some agents treat you like you're a number; In my experience this is not the case with Marsh and Parsons. Everyone has been wonderful but in particular Oliver has gone out of this way to understand my reasons for moving, the kind of property that would suit me, and has always been accommodating and enterprising in suggesting alternative ways of looking at my property search. I have always appreciated that he is honest about what's possible and I have consistently felt that he will get me the best deal possible.
I just wanted to say that whatever the outcome of my property search, Marsh and Parsons is an agency that I will unhesitatingly recommend to friends and colleagues and I just wanted to be able to say thank you for giving me the best advice and service in a really fast-moving property market.
I am hoping in about a year or more to buy perhaps in the Battersea/Clapham area and would certainly return to Marsh and Parsons for that search.

We have put a property on the market with Marsh&Parsons for our overseas client.
M&P were very efficient and professional throughout the whole process, giving us regular updates each Wednesday on all viewings and the feedback.
I've personally dealt with Rav Sagoo from Kensington Office who was excellent and made the whole process nice and easy.
The property was sold within 2 months which was excellent in the current market.
I will definitely work with M&P again and will gladly recommend them to anyone else

After already having been told there was an incident with the agents leaving the door of the flat open - I had to remind them not to leave the front door of the flat open!! But even after warning them, the agents still managed to leave the lights on and the front door wide open. I mean where do you start. The first time I thought it was a complete fluke and accident but after the third time I just realized they were completely unprofessional with no regard for the property. If something happened I think most people realize that the onus would have been on the owner even though lack of conduct would have been the fault. Also where do you start when a lettings agents can't operate a set of keys?
Be very careful and I must say this has never happened before and am surprised that a so called world class firm in a cosmopolitan area can commit such basic errors!

I had a pretty good experience with M&P. They worked hard and found me an excellent tenant when the market was really tough, I liked the fact that they took their commission over the first 2 months rather than all at once and their accounts department were super helpful whenever I needed to speak to them for tax returns etc.
