In the end I took my property off sale with Martin and co as I had very little interest in the 3 months I listed with them. They had 3 viewers, all local and I had to show 2 of them round the property myself. I moved to another agent and had an offer and had significantly more interest, viewings and offers within a month. I think Martin and co target lettings much more than sales and the difference shows when comparing their listings with another agent... Read more
