I received a voicemail yesterday with the following verbatim transcript:
"Hi Preet, this is Omid calling from Martyn Gerrard Hampstead. I hope you’re doing well. I’m just giving you a quick call about the property on [redacted address]. So this is quite time-sensitive. Please give me a call back on [redacted number]"
Having lived in the property previously, and being a decent human being, I tried to call back for several hours. I hoped that nothing was wrong, as Omid expressed some urgency. When I finally reached them, they asked if I wanted to sell the property.
Omid's approach was unprofessional and misleading. By creating a sense of urgency without providing a clear reason, he wasted my time and caused unnecessary stress. A more appropriate approach would have been to directly state the purpose of the call, such as inquiring about a potential property sale. This erodes trust and creates unnecessary stress and anxiety.

Even taking my calls on Saturday and Sunday and helping me find lawyers , decorators and removal people . He could not have done more for our family and I’m so grateful.
