He has access to some high-quality places for my area, and always took my my requests and needs into consideration. He wasn't dismissive and I felt like Windsor genuinely wanted to help me find somewhere that was suitable. I would definitely work with Windsor again and would highly recommend his services.

Lucy is genuinely the best Agent I've worked with in my 6.5 years of living in London. She's super attentive, not pushy, and also has listened to my requirements to a T. As most would probably agree with, I'd say that typically the bar is set pretty low in london when dealing with estate agents. Not only does Lucy far surpass the field of her peers, but she's also genuinely empathetic. I recently found out she was previously a therapist which probably explains why she's so good at this job. Keep up the awesome work!

Travelled from outside of London for a viewing which was booked 4 days in advance, an hour and a half prior to the time I received a message asking to confirm it which I immediately did. Ended up waiting outside for 20 minutes, no one showed up, when I called the office they said my “negotiator” has another viewing and he apparently tried to reach me. So it seems he just decided to cancel my viewing last minute in favour of someone else without even making sure I was notified, great job Simon!

Disgraceful cheating or incompetence. I registered to view a flat in Haverstock Hill and asked to view, was told to wait probably until this week, never notified, today told it had been taken. I alerted Hamptons as soon as the ad appeared. Shall never use them again; I had stressed I was very interested and must have been one of the first applicants. I would give zero if I could. Do NOT use this agency.

I don’t consider myself a religious person, but Lucy must have been sent from above, she helped us find a home when so many others couldnt. The best way I can describe Lucy is like a warm hug, or the perfect temperature with just the right breeze on a sunny day in England. She is pure sunshine and genuinely cares about everyone she helps. There just aren’t many people like her left in the world. At one point, we submitted an offer on a property where the landlord originally said it was dog-friendly, only to change his mind. We were devastated to lose it, but Lucy jumped in faster than you could say supercalifragilisticexpialidocious and found us an even better house , with more space and a little garden for our dog, Pickles. Pickles is an excellent judge of character, and he absolutely adores Lucy. So if you don’t trust humans, trust my dog: Lucy is dependable, kind, hard-working, and truly one of a kind. If you’re looking for a house and want someone who will never give up until you find your dream home, Lucy is your person. ??
Whether it’s my wishful, delusional thinking or not, I honestly feel like Lucy could be my best friend, that’s how warm and comforting she is to work with. My husband and I even joked that we’ll name our firstborn after her because she helped us so much!
Thanks to Lucy, we’re now happily settled in our beautiful house in Hampstead, and we couldn’t be more grateful.????????????

Highly recommend Lucy Martin in the West Hampstead Lettings branch. We met her several weeks ago during our search and the best way to describe her is a breath of fresh air - she stands out amongst the “stereotypical” estate agents with her warmth, honesty and determination. Despite our long wish list of wants, Lucy was undeterred. She scoured and scouted for a suitable property for our family relentlessly. In the end we found something through another estate agent but I had to leave a review for future home hunters: please ask for Lucy at Hamptons if you are searching in the West Hampstead area; she’s brilliant. Hamptons is definitely one of the better, more professional and trustworthy estate agents on the market, in my humble opinion. :-)

Lucy is so nice and makes the whole experience of trying to find a rental, way less of a grind than many other letting agents.
Lucy was professional during the whole process, replying to emails, texts and phone calls in a very timely manner.
I can’t recommend Lucy highly enough and she is a credit to Hamptons and to the estate agent industry.

I would have given a one star review, however the person I was initially working with (in a different department within the agency) sincerely apologised and has been an absolute gem, I would be happy to work with him again in the future. However, the letting agent turned out to be less than subpar.
I was under the impression that flats are professionally cleaned on occasion especially before viewing. However, after a few months of entrusting her with the property my mother happened to check in on the flat. She found several things awry upon entry, including but not limited to a dead pigeon on the floor, mold on the bookshelves and a window that had been left open with the heat on for who knows how long during winter.
Obviously this letting agent never had the time or wherewithal to check on the flat under her care, even though it’s less than a 5 minute walk from her office. She said that it wasn’t part of her job description and that she only lets the owner know of a problem if an issue occurs. How can she know if an issue has occurred if she never steps a foot inside the property? Also, how does one expect to rent out a property that hasn’t been cleaned in months and has a dead pigeon in it? Not to mention she was constantly either on holiday or sick leave and would take days or sometimes a full week to respond.
She neglected the property and allowed a biohazard to fester in my home. I explained that I was not comfortable giving the keys back to her and to dissolve our contract immediately. This letting agent should not be trusted with any properties and overcharges for her cut of the overall price for letting out the flats.
I asked for my flat to be put on the short let market for 6 months no pets, she proceeded to take 5 months to only show it to one family who had a dog and wanted to move in for 2 years and move my furniture into there home. This seemed like an odd request and I declined, little did I know that was only a small example of her mishandling. I am completely bewildered by this entire situation and then she had the audacity to yell at me over the phone whilst covering her own behind. I would recommend purchasing a property with this company but avoid the Hampstead letting agent at all costs.

Agencies in general do not care, but this one is out of this world!
The agency has the worst communication style that I have ever interacted with, specifically the estate agent Joseph, incredibly rude, irresponsible and unpleasant to interact with.
I would heavily reccomend choosing a different agency as the team in this branch is absolutely awful to interact with.

Working with Hamptons as an overseas landlord has been a complete game changer. Holly is an absolute asset - she consistently goes above and beyond, and manages the property with extreme care and diligence. I have not come across anyone even close to offering this calibre of service. I have been with Hamptons as a landlord for many years now and could not recommend them enough. Whether it be at a difficult time (e.g. economic downturn or COVID) or at a better time, the service and advice I’ve received have always been helpful and much appreciated.
I’ve recently worked with Aaliyah Joumana in the lettings team, who was beyond fast in finding me a new tenant when my last one had to unexpectedly leave a tenancy situation due to personal circumstances. And Holly Keeney in the management team is the best property manager I’ve ever worked with. Always quick to reply, with great communication when works need to be dealt with and someone I know will give genuine and honest answers to my questions. Josh Allen was fabulous. He asked our requirements and organised a couple of viewings. One of these would have worked but wasn't perfect. It would have been so easy for Josh to have thought he'd done enough, even though he knew the place wasn't a 100% fit for us. Then he told us about another place that might be a possible, given some negotiation. He spoke to the owner, she was in favour of moving ahead and we ended up getting the PERFECT place for our stay. Estate agents sometimes get a bad reputation, but I would definitely work with Josh again, no hesitation. Oh and if ever he moves from Hampton's I'd like to know so we can take our business to him again.

I don’t know if this is the Worst agency but it is definitely a bad choice. Don’t go there please. They can terminate your contract anytime and this is a good way to threaten you. The deduction in deposit is just insane.

Bought a flat in Belsize through Hamptons June 2018. Johnny our agent was always available for extra visits even once the offer was accepted, punctual, friendly and cherry on the cake, carried my one year old up and down the stairs and around the flat as I was pregnant!
