He focused on my needs and listened carefully to what I was looking for. He gave great advice, answered all my questions, and was truly friendly and professional. As a salesperson, he made such a good impression that I decided to leave a positive review on Google so everyone could see how talented he is as a salesperson and negotiator. Everything went smoothly, especially compared to other agencies where you have to wait years for a response. I also want to add that he kept me informed about everything happening during the negotiations, unlike other agencies that simply accept offers with no follow-up. I found the whole team at millers to be friendly, helpful and they all went above and beyond. I was happy to sell my house for the asking price after 2 buyers messed me around but Michelle reassured me that she would get me more and to sit tight, she ended up getting me 15k over asking price and she didn’t have to because I was on a fixed price fee for sale but I was guided by her expertise and thrilled I did so. Also Jackie went above and beyond to help me secure a house I was offering on. If it wasn’t for her speedily digging out some info I may have lost my dream house so thank you Jackie. Everyone has gone the extra mile from viewings to making sure they found the right property for us. They listened and took on board exactly what we were looking for.
