Every encounter with the Bill Bannister staff went smoothly and they were helpful and spent time explaining The photographer was exceptional and it was hard to recognise my house as he made it look so great. The low scores was that feedback was a little slow and my son had to request several responses as they were delayed Apart from that I would highly recommend Bill Bannister The market is a little slow due to poor governance from the UK government hence low mark for value but not Bill Banisters fault...
