I was looking to sell my house at the start of June. Not knowing many of the estate agents in the area, I just decided to look for the highest rated estate agents. This is when Miller Metcalfe came up at the top, and it's no surprise why.
Dean came round at the start of July for my valuation, followed by photography shortly after. We then received an offer after 4 weeks.
It took us a few weeks to find our onward purchase, but from then, it's been smooth sailing. Well...at least with Miller Metcalfe ???? We've managed to go from the initial valuation to sale and onward purchase in less than 4 months.
The whole team at Miller Metcalfe have been great, but Chelsea in particular. Nothing is ever too much for Chelsea, and she is just a phone call away, and always available on WhatsApp.
I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Miller Metcalfe to anybody, they are all so professional and were always there when I was stressing.

Where do I even begin to praise the team at Miller Metcalfe. What a full on, roller coaster 8 month ride!!! However, Chelsea has been there for me every step of the way. From the moment I walked through the door to ask for my property to be valued, Chelsea has been incredible. Between Dean, Amanda and Chelsea the sale of my property was seamless: achievable asking price, professional house pictures, professional viewings and help right through to the completion day. Now this is where Chelsea's commitment goes above and beyond because she continued to help me through two failed house purchases even when Miller Metcalfe weren't marketing the properties!! Buying my next property hasn't been easy and Chelsea could have easily left me to work it out myself but she's constantly helped me and then 'hallelujah' she then told me about a property she was marketing. Chelsea worked quickly to secure me a viewing, helped me through negotiation of the price and then securing the sale. She then helped me find my conveyancing solicitors and has always been available via WhatsApp even after 5pm!! I can now thankfully say I'll be completing on my new property on Friday and I'm honestly going to miss Chelsea, but she knows she's invited to my house warming!!
If you're thinking about selling your house or buying through Miller Metcalfe, I honestly can't recommend them enough. You will be looked after from start to finish and every crazy point in between!!!

Absolutely amazing service.. I was with a terrible estate agents who wouldn't do any work on the house from living in there putting the blame on the landlord .. they gave the property up leaving me with work to be done no electric and 3 children. I went to highams for advice and my landlord rang and I passed them over to him where he happily agreed to let highams take over the property.. ever since all my work has nearly been completed and the service is outstanding.. highly recommend. Staff are so friendly all the contractors are lovely and keep you posted on work being carried out not been let down once .. thank you to you all

I have been fortunate enough to buy a property recently through Higham Estate agents in Atherton and would like to sing their praises!
When buying my property I ran into multiple problems and dramas. Highams were always there to assist me with my queries and provide me immediate assistance and reassurance. I had extreme difficulty with the solicitors that I had chosen however when I felt I wasn't getting anywhere Higham's popped up and resolved it straight away. They updated me on a regular basis and kept in touch even when there was no update to give. This offered me reassurance that they were keeping an eye on my purchase and that they were there should I wish to ask about the next steps or stages.
You dont buy a house without having any bumps along the way, I have to admit, Highams were able to iron out difficulties with ease!
Credit where its due, they are a fantastic team who offer excellent, professional and efficient service. Highly recommended!

The service provided by Higham estates in selling our property has been of the highest standard through out.
The valuation provided a comprehensive proposal & was supported by guidance on marketing options & identification of organisation that could effectively support subsequent activities including Solicitors & surveyors. This was followed by brochure preparation, with photography & video plus an EPC survey & report, all of which was carried out without stress. Initial marketing was executed quickly & resulted in a number of early viewing all of which where managed in a very professional manner. When an offer arrived the team ensured we where kept fully informed & carried out negotiations with the prospective buyer to ensure we achieved the best price. Once a price was agreed this part of the process was concluded with instructions to our solicitor & all other interested parties effectively.
Things didn’t stop there as the team continue with supporting ongoing activity through to completion. They also provided invaluable support to our obtaining our next property at the best possible price even though this is outside the geographical area they cover.
I would not hesitate to recommend Higham estates to any prospective seller for there comprehensive & friendly attitude

Great company. They took wonderful pictures and shot very good quality videos of our house no wonder it sold in a few weeks. Once we decided to sell it, it was on rightmove within a few days, and had virtual tour, full floor plan of all 3 floors and lots of professionally taken Pictures.
