Minors and brady are so experienced at helping you through the buying process ,any troubleshooting problems are quickly and calmly dealt with and you feel confident that you are in good hands ,always at the end of the phone espicially dan ovrey who was amazing on moving day, also cass creake ,would definatly recommend .

They came across as very keen to sell the property. They were very quick to get our property on the market and a lot of properties in the area which may help. After we dropped the price they managed to get several viewings, but we had to chase for feedback and didn’t get very much information. A sale was agreed within several weeks which was great. When we received the initial lower offer, we felt somewhat pressured to accept it, but we insisted on pushing back and received a higher offer.

We have dealt with Dan overly since the begining of our purchase of our forever home ,his kind knowledgable manner made you feel confident that any questions or problems that arose which for us on moving day did with one urgent call put to dan was resolved in a quick stressfree moment having a great profesional relationship with his clients and good contact with his buyers meant he could problem solve the situation and we enjoyed moving into our new home ,we definatly will recommend minors and brady to friends and family .

They valued my house a lot less than others and I asked them to put it up for my price I had in mind .. glad I did as got near the asking price and sold in two weeks . Photos were really good but felt they missed important information off but maybe that’s my fault for not looking at advert properly before they advertised .. I do think the charges are so high for selling
