I am so far very unimpressed with Moss & Co who provide block management at my building. They have either ignored or not responded fully to my emails and appear to be very behind with their paperwork. I am still awaiting an adequate response to an email I sent over 2 months ago. From initial viewing and through the common issues with old houses in Wimbledon, Moss & Co has been incredibly helpful, resourceful and a special big shout out to Julie who’s a gem! Even during the ‘covid pandemic lockdown’ we had repairs managed and completed. Completely useless. I would avoid at all costs. They don’t keep tenancy agreements updated and the flats themselves are covered in mould which this company refuses to accept. They are incredibly unresponsive unless you hound them and it’s quite frankly an exhausting experience. I haven’t lived in the property for two months, I’m still on the tenancy agreement (even though they approved the change in tenant) and still getting confidential emails that I shouldn’t be seeing. Myself and a friend rented through Moss & Co for about 6 years. Throughout the whole time they were very reactive with any maintenance issues that popped up and well as dealing with some communal area problems too. Very responsive, they had a clear moving out procedure and were fair with the deposit. Neither of us would hesitate to use Moss & Co again.... Read more

They have also undertaken to find tenants for another property in Battersea. While not always successful in this, when they have found tenants all has gone smoothly. Moss & Co. handled both the refurbishment and re-letting of my flat in Raynes Park. Julie, who handled the refurbishment, was brilliant and arranged all the contractors and work to be done professionally and to a high standard. Dominic and the lettings team did an equally excellent job securing tenants quickly and with a minimum of fuss. Very surprised to read these 'good' reviews. The block management service we received, being polite, was atrocious. No jobs were completed, accounts not up-to-date, filing dates missed; T&Cs not adhered to - the list is endless. Even now, 6 months since terminating our contract, we are uncovering serious issues. I strongly recommend that you do not use them. Jon, I most certainly was a client but a silent one watching from the sidelines how you handled the running of our block and the way you spoke to my fellow leaseholders. I stand by what I said.... The worst letting agency I’ve used. They charge extortionate fee’s, provide an awful service and find silly and false reasons for charging you extra at the end of the tenancy. Do yourself a favour and find a different property to buy/rent don’t use them!!... Read more

Awful. I am being asked to pay for the services of the company they hire to check over the property when I moved out which is £85. Also, even though I spent hours making sure it was really clean they had still asked me to pay over £200 for the flat to be professionally cleaned. Totally unreasonable.... Read more
