I would not normally write a review, regardless of the situation. I am however making an exception regarding O'Hara Properties and Estates. Myself, my wife and our two children have been trying for a long time to find our first home to buy, for various reasons over the last 7 years we have just failed at every turn! we finally got the approval for a mortgage we always wanted around the middle of March 2022 - with this in hand we anxiously started looking for somewhere to call home. After viewing a fair amount of properties, we came across a place we now call our perfect family home. We arrived at the property and was greeted by Ed Gilmore the branch manager. Keen to show us around with his incredibly welcoming nature. We left knowing this is the place we wanted! I'm not sure if its because of the house or how at ease Ed made us feel. none the less we were sold! We put the offer in on the first week in April 2022 Throughout the month of April Ed and his team went to work with our Mortgage brokers to try and make it happen. The had now gained potentially their most challenging client!!! Over the course of April they had to put up with an extremely excited/worried and very stressed me, every day i would pester them and instead of pushing me away while they did their jobs, they always had time to go over everything with me and re-assure our nervous family that everything was under control! I cannot tell you how much we needed that support and their incredible customer service. We officially picked up the keys to our dream home on 6th May 2022 approx. 5 weeks from the start!!!! The service they provided us with was truly above and beyond, to say that our family owe them everything is a massive understatement. We are now in to our third week being in our incredible home and it still feels like a dream.
