We had four valuations which varied wildly. Of them all, Jeffries supplied the most realistic justification for the value based on similar houses so we went with them. Our house then sold to dream buyers for the asking price on the first viewing. I'd like to think we were just lucky (though obviously there is the nagging thought that we should have asked for more). The sale went through without a hitch, so Jefferies didn't really have much to do, but I can't fault what they did.... Read more

Really disappointed. Survey received from surveyors On Gloucester Road, they devalued it by £25k. Everything was wrong with it but Jeffries advised house was worth the selling price and our surveyor through the bank was wrong and another surveyor would value it differently. My mortgage was rejected as property to much of a risk. House straight back on market and even had a email sent though To me of property’s that might interest you with the house on it. I hope they are honest with new potential buyers on the property although it’s Gone back up for sale £30k more than valued price. I dislike leaving negative feedback but clearly Jeffries are concerned more about the money and letting people buy an over priced house.... Read more

I'm the seller. Jeffries let a potential buyer take another look at said property last Saturday. The following Monday I let myself in to find the kitchen floor dirty and worse still, the lino flooring has been damaged. I'm really really upset that they've shown little respect for my deceased Mother's home. The home hasn't been sold yet so Jeffries should treat it thus.... Read more
