We had seen many agents but Adam really stood out in his friendly but professional and non-pushy approach, chosing him as our agent was an easy decision. Our first contact with O’Riordan Bond - Duston was with Adam, who graciously came to value our property, he was friendly, polite and very knowledgeable about the area and current housing market.
Foolishly we decided to go with another agent (still don’t understand our decision there!)
Luckily after the 12 week contract with terrible service, very little viewings and appalling attitude from the agents , Adam took us back under his wing with kindness and understanding!
I honestly see him as our guardian angel, within a week our house had sold and everything has gone amazingly well!

Did not do due diligence on buyers at bottom of chain and dragged on for months without telling us the bottom of the chain had no mortgage offer.
Adam then sold the buyers that were buying our house his own parents house next door after we told them thar we would no longer deal with them.

We sold and purchased our new house in 10 weeks, yes from start to finish! All thanks to Matthew, Aaron, Caroline and Key Conveyancing.
If you are looking for the full package i would definitely recommend using this agent, full of contacts throughout the process, mortgage broker (Caroline), Legal (Key Conveyancing) to achieve the end goal.
The agency had plenty of suitable contacts with regards to purchasing which is why i sold within the week but most importantly de-risking the sale by ensuring offers were secure offers.
With regards to the Mortgage Broker I highly recommend using Caroline, friendly and experienced Broker. Nothing was too much trouble and constantly keeping us updated, luckily due to little issues again offer came through effortlessly.

Then you find a buyer, but the house you’d hoped for is now more expensive, so you can’t afford to buy it.
Enter branch manager Adam Hillyard, who not only convinces his parents to sell you his childhood home at an affordable price, but then (with Tayla Montgomery- OB’s mortgage advisor) single-handedly oversees the whole sale process, keeping you updated at every stage and becomes more than an estate agent and ends up more like a friend! Words cannot even express how grateful we are to you and Tayla, Adam- 5 stars is not enough!

Recently had dealings with Tayla and Adam, both were by far the best at assisting us with all of our queries and issues, hand over of the keys was completed rather quickly, cannot fault these guys at all, will definitely use o'riordan bonds again in the future for any house moves etc. We have. Again top notch service from what I can only describe as a top notch company with top notch staff, advisors, mortgage advisors etc.

Very unprofessional and disgraceful company with no regards to a good customer service.
I had a pre-scheduled viewing then someone else was being showed around the property first whilst I was at the address ahead of time. Letting agent conducted himself in an unsuitable manner. Stalled the whole process for over two days after I paid holding fee and then I was lied to and told landlords provided alternative instructions when in reality they let the property with someone else.
Office staff constantly contradicting themselves, tangling in their own lies, showing complete disregard to a customer, lacking integrity and moral code. It is appalling companies like this are still operating.
